+The location of the house is good.
−Unfortunately, I cannot say I was satisfied with our stay. First of all, the host charges 20 euros per person for towels and bed linen. There is no mention of this cost on Booking.com, nor is there any information provided about it beforehand. The beds appear to have linens on them in the photos, which is misleading. If you were to check in late without knowing this, you would be left in a difficult situation. While this might be a local custom, I shouldn't have to carry bed linen and towels with me for a place where I am staying for just one night. Furthermore, the curtains do not block out daylight; or rather, they cannot really be called curtains,let's just say they are thin coverings mounted directly onto the window glass. You wouldn't be able to sleep comfortably during the summer months when the days are long. Finally, a strange detail is that, despite the cleaning fee being included in the price, you are expected to gather the trash yourself and dispose of it in a nearby dumpster. I would not stay here again, nor would I recommend it.

“Schön ausgestattet sehr zentral”
+Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral.einkaufen Bus fußläufig.mit dem Rad alles gut zu erreichen Ostsee Lübeck. Aufgrund der Baustelle an der Autobahn ist es im Moment da sehr laut bzw viel Verkehr. Da wir den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren hat uns das nicht gestört die Wohnung war modern und sauber.da wir nur Frühstück gemacht haben hat uns alles gereicht
−Vielleicht mal in Zukunft eine abstell Möglichkeit für Fahrräder Einrichten.wir haben die die Treppen hochgetragen und seitlich abgestellt.ist aber eine Behinderung für Gäste die die andere Wohnung haben da der Eingang seitlich ist

“Neu, aber noch nicht alles da.”
+Alles neu. Für eine Übernachtung gut.
−Noch nicht alle Kleinigkeiten sind vorhanden. Die Spülung in der Toilette war sehr schlecht. Für Bettwäsche und Handtücher extra 20€ pro Person ist zu etwas viel. Liegt an der Hauptstraße, und man hört es. Nachts geht noch.

“Super Unterkunft, leider hat das Wetter nicht so mitgespielt ;)”
+Bäckerei in der Nähe und auch Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Straße hat nicht weiter gestört und die Zimmer waren ausreichend groß und ausgestattet.
−Die Terassentür hatte keinen Außengriff und so war es für uns schwierig sie von außen zu schließen (wir sind beide Raucher).
