+The location… The check in guy (Damien) was so nice and kind.
−It was not clean. There was no air-conditioning or heater, but the time that we stay was late October, and since there were no blanket we were a little bit cold at night. Also, there was no drinking water. There were so many lamps, but none of them were working except one. Also, there was no plaque nearby the bedside for telephones. Internet was working properly

“Great price for location good for a short visit ... few tweaks would go back”
+Very good for seeing the sites and local to a lot of things and was within walking distance
−Broken toilet seat.... bathroom light was very dim (didn't work) no bin within the property.... fridge was constantly warm and would never get cold.... bed was okay.... shower would not run hot enough for 2 people so had to plan showers

−Not a nice smell from the sink, clearly quite a lot of damp at some point and one of the drawers was broken. Air con was okay.

+Az elhelyezkedése a lakásnak jó volt. Illetve kulcsokat átadó srác: Ludovico kedves és kommunikatív volt.
−Nem működött a wifi, nem volt jó a légkondi, ventilátorral kellett megoldani a nyári melegben a szoba hűtését. A zuhany kabin eresztett, kifolyt fürdéskor a víz, a zuhany feje el volt törve, spriccelt a víz mindenfelé zuhanyzáskor. Ezek a fontos technikai hibák nem voltak összhangban a lakásért elkért pénz összegével!

“L’appartement n’était vraiment pas à la hauteur de ce que nous attendions. Nous ne reviendrons pas à cet endroit”
+Son emplacement. Situé à proximité du Vatican et à entre 10 et 30 minutes de marche des autres sites à voir, nous avons pu découvrir la ville à pied
−Nous n’avions pas de wi-fi, le jeudi il a fait orage et l’eau s’est infiltrée à travers le mur ce qui a fait que la climatisation est tombée en panne.

+Posizione ottima al centro vicino piazza Navona e campo dei fiori ma anche a pochi passi da Castel Sant'Angelo e Vaticano , facile sia per chi vuole visitare il tutto camminando ma anche per chi vuole prendere gli autobus c'è ne sono molti li in zona soprattutto nella piazzetta li a fianco.
