+the room was very very dark which attracts lots of mosquitos so dont leave rhe doors open, and the sheets were somewhat dirty or old !! they have a coffee machine but bo coffee you have to get it yourself also a bottle of salt but no sugar !! other than that the staff at the place was pretty nice !

+The property was excellent, the agents teams responsiveness to queries excellent and they even recommended a reliable taxi service for dinners in town. The location was not walking distance to town or the beach, which we did not realise when booking. Luckily we had a hire car, your own transportation is essential for this location.

“On a scale of 10 being the highest. I give this property a 1.5”
+Property was clean and quite
−Power outage lasting over 7 hours. No wifi or cell service, bad roads, when outage occurs there is no water working. My room hot water was not working for some reason. Always a issue to the next

“Amazing. The new Seremonia is exactly what you need while staying for such a great price. Friendly helpful front desk st”
+I loved the rooftop bar social area. Minimal weights to stimulate the muscles with a light workout while on vacation. Patios were big in the garden view units. Wee pool to freshen up to take a break from the warm sun.
−Level out Av. Chechén & pave the road. It’s such an uneven road the taxi drivers quoted me +200 pesos for the ride to go home from Puerto Tulum.

“Beautiful but wouldn't recommend”
+The views, the building and locationa are very beautiful. We like the terrace on the roof
−The access roads have alot of pot holes which makes it difficult to come in and out. When we arrived, we didn't have any running water so we swapped units then didn't have any hot water. The property managers weren't timely responding. There was a charge to get towels cleaned if we chose to do it, and we lost power the last day.
