−The exterior of the building can be off putting (but great inside). Could do with more cushions and an expresso machine. But really great place.

+All was nice. The apartment owner met us with the key. We communicated via WhatsApp. The flat was big, clean and etc. Location also ggod.

“A very welcoming and spacious apartment in the heart of Sofia”
+It was a very welcoming and spacious apartment in the heart of Sofia. The location was perfect as it was right around the corner from Alexander Nevsky cathedral, the national gallery and the Opera. Also plenty of cafes and a few restaurants nearby and the metro station was a 10 min walk. The apartment itself was recently renovated so it was very functional and practical. The bathroom was spacious and modern (they even had a brand new washer and drier) and the kitchen was fully equipped .The facilities and linens were very clean and they had a "homey" feel to them. I especially liked the garden view to which the windows looked out to. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Sofia
−The only minor issue was that the bedroom had no separate air conditioner, so we used the one in the main living room. This was nothing major but it would have been easier if the cooling was independent between the 2 rooms.

“Perfect garden apartment in Sofia”
+Lovely apartment in central Sofia, 50 m away from Opera and less than 10 minutes to university as well as museums and sites in the center city. The spacious, ground-floor apartment is all updated in a nice straightforward European way, and looks south onto a lovely garden. There are large windows in both bedroom and kitchen/living space, no door out, so no actual access, but it is nice to look out at all the greenery, and the funniest cats (outside in garden--renters are asked not to feed them, but a resident does, and they look very healthy and happy). There is a picnic table out there, so one or more flats have access, but I never saw anyone, and it felt very private. Building is secure, neighborhood feels good, lots of people taking kids to school in the am. Little galleries next door. Good shopping just downhill. Birra Bar, around the corner, is one of the best places for local beers in town. Also Bulgarian grill, and Yugo/Bosnian grill, as well as great sushi and ramen within about 2 blocks. Manager Petar was super, met me straight from the airport and got me set up. My friends in other apartments were jealous.

+A pochi passi dalla piazza principale di Sofia. Appartamento molto grande dotato di ogni comfort. Pulitissimo con biancheria da bagno e da letto di ottima qualità. Proprietario disponibile e cortese.
