−Wifi not working. Internet was being blocked, made it really hard to arrange transport for return flight. The sofa is not a bed and no dedicated linens or pillow for it. Cushions are torn. Should not advertise as such. We did not have bathrobes or wash clothes as presented. No water pressure in shower by front door and the door to this bathroom was hard to open. Very loud. The apartment rate was too high to have all these issues.

+Location location location! Literally 1-2 minute walk across from the main train station SMN, next to KFC. Very comfortable, air conditioners in all sleeping areas (2 bedrooms and living room), washing machine, kitchen is small if you want to cook but we didn’t so it didn’t matter to us. The first toaster was broken, but we received a working one the very next day after sending them a message. They even asked for permission to enter property to drop it off. 2 bathrooms, which was great as we travelled in a group of 5. Nice thick curtains blocked out sunlight in the morning. The staff was exceptional! Response via booking.com messaging service was extremely fast every single time. Check in was seamless. They even called me close to the time to make sure I found the place. If you arrive later than the stated check in time (8.00pm), please let them know beforehand and a later check in time may be possible. Would definitely stay there again when I re-visit Florence in the future. Highly recommended! This was my second visit after 20 years, Florence is still as good as I remembered. The food, especially their steaks, which were simply the best. Ask host to recommend nice restaurants nea

−A cozinha é apertada e só tem uma única tomada. Então, para ligar a cafeteira precisa desligar o microondas. Isso atrapalha na hora de preparar algo.

“Confortevole appartamento in ottima posizione”
+Appartamento ampio con due camere da letto e due bagni completi posto al secondo piano di un elegante palazzo servito da un ascensore che, partendo da piano rialzato, è raggiungibile salendo pochissimi gradini. La posizione è ottima: dalle finestre delle camere da letto si vede la parete posteriore della Basilica di Santa Maria Novella (allego 2 foto della vista). Lo staff è pronto e disponibile a risolvere celermente le eventuali problematiche segnalate dagli ospiti
