+The access arrangements were simple and straightforward. It was a very good standard of furniture and fittings. Plug sockets with USB ports near beds were very useful. The important bits were clean. The location is fantastic especially as my elderly father can't walk far.
−There could be a bit more information about TV apps, bin arrangements and organisation of things like number of toilet rolls and towels for each bathroom but those are minor points. Some of the kitchen utensils need replacing.

“Absolutely beautiful”
+Our stay in cromer made it exceptionally good due to the fact we were staying at this beautiful apartment, which was decorated beautifully and immaculately clean. All the little touches like bread bacon sausages and a bottle of wine left for us were such a kind gesture. All cleaning products were left, as well as washing pods for the washing machine. Our beds were the most comfortable we had slept in and had the best nights sleep. Having a courtyard outside was lovely, and plenty of seating provided. Location is perfect and in the centre of cromer town. We will definitely be back to this beautiful apartment

“Fantastic Apartment 5🌟”
+Beautiful apartment. We felt at home as soon as we had arrived. Tasteful decor. Good size bedrooms and living space. Very well kitted out kitchen . Bonus, outside space too. Immaculate throughout. Everything we needed. Location, perfect for the beach/ arcades and the town . All within 5mins walk . So no need for a car. Would definitely stay here again while visiting Norfolk.

“A lovely apartment centrally located but the smell is overpowering unfortunately”

−Unfortunately the stale smell which seems to come from the utility and the bathroom area and lack of water pressure

“Lovely short stay for two couples. Would consider same accommodation again.”
+Location is perfect, near the seafront. Quiet enough. Nicely designed and decorated, clean.
−We had no hot water, but owner was very prompt to arrive, friendly, and successfully addressed the boiler issue. There was a problem with the dishwasher not cleaning well, but we managed as we didn’t cook much. Not keen on automatic lights but that is just a personal preference.

“Thoroughly enjoyable. We would definitely stay there again.”
+The location, just minutes from restaurants etc. we particularly liked the bus stop right outside as we use buses a lot. Everything we needed was supplied, it was very clean. Quiet.
−Nothing not to like. A long mirror inside would be nice but wasn’t an issue.
