“Excellent value for money.”
+Good value for money. Communication with the staff was excellent. The apartment has everything you need.
−The bed is on the upper level. We were prepared for this, but it could be a problem for people with limited mobility, as you need to climb a vertical ladder to reach it. Check-out is by 10 a.m., which is a bit early.

+I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! Despite being located right in the middle of the city with everything within easy walking distance, it was incredibly quiet and peaceful. There was zero noise from the street, making it the perfect place to relax after exploring Budapest. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a central yet tranquil stay!

+Great location in a quiet neighbourhood near metro station and shopping mall. The apartment has everything you need for a stay. It is quiet because the window overlooks the courtyard. The host Peter was very welcoming and responsive. Provided tea and coffee on arrival. Check-in process was very easy and smooth. And during hot days of this summer it's a big advantage that a new air conditioner is installed in the apartment!
−Nothing to mention here. Everything was great! Just be attentive that there is no elevator in the building and the apartment is on the 2nd floor if this is important to you.

+Tolle Lage und insgesamt ein sehr durchdacht eingerichtetes Apartment. Leider haben wir während unseres Aufenthalts eine Erfahrung mit Personen aus der Straße gemacht, die für uns nicht besonders angenehm war. Deshalb würden wir uns beim nächsten Mal vermutlich für eine andere Unterkunft an einem anderen Ort entscheiden. Im Apartment selbst haben wir uns jedoch jederzeit sicher gefühlt: Die Fenster und Türen sind mit Gittern gesichert, alles lässt sich gut verschließen und auch die Eingangstür zum Gebäude ist nur über einen Code zugänglich. Die Einrichtung ist sehr schlau und platzsparend gestaltet. Das Bett ist sehr bequem, die Bettdecke angenehm weich und insgesamt war alles sauber. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt war das Badezimmer beziehungsweise der Abfluss. Dort war leider ein unangenehmer Geruch wahrnehmbar, vermutlich aufgrund älterer Rohre oder des Abflusses selbst. Der Geruch ließ sich während unseres Aufenthalts leider nicht wirklich beseitigen. Der Kontakt mit dem Eigentümer war hingegen sehr nett. Wir wurden rechtzeitig über alles informiert und er war generell sehr freundlich. Der Check-in über den Schlüsselsafe hat für uns ebenfalls problemlos funktioniert. Einzig der Topf k

“Great owner, good location”
+We liked the appartment itself, the equipment, the style and the quiet location which is close to everything, including a metro station. The communication with the owner was perfect, we got all the information in time and in a very understandable way.
−We didn't like the horrible smell that hits you right in the face when you enter the building, it's caused by the trashcans being inside the building. The drain in the bathroom also smelled horribly, I thought people in the reviews were overreacting, but no, it was actually really bad.

+Great location, excellent communication with the host, and a very cozy apartment. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, and all the essentials were provided. The price-to-quality ratio was excellent :)
−The garbage bins are located right at the entrance, so walking past them, especially in hot weather, can be unpleasant. The loft bed is a nice design feature, but climbing up and down, especially at night, may not be convenient for everyone.
