“Good location, suitable studio room”
+Great location on Calea Victoriei - close to Old Town, museums etc.Room was compact but had everything you need. Great shower and bathroom even though small. Sofa bed was actually quite comfortable.
−Would have liked a proper balcony to sit outdoors in as little glassed-off area got too hot to use much in day. Kitchen did not have own sink - had to use bathroom one. Dining chairs were very flimsy and uncomfortable.

−BED BUGS 🪲 ROACHES 🪳 NO AC 🔥… OH MY! 😱 Bed bugs, roaches, a non-working AC, a broken microwave, and damaged furniture were my reality at this property , and based on reviews dating back to 2023, the roaches and broken AC should have surprised no one, least of all the owner. Roaches on the first night. No working AC from the moment I arrived. A broken microwave. Damaged furniture. And a live bed bug discovered on my sheet at 3:00 AM. As a property owner myself I waited patiently, reported everything, and believed every promise. Every single one went unfulfilled. Reviews from guests since 2023 document identical complaints , cockroaches, non-working AC, broken promises. Claudiu (2023): owner "probably telling this to everybody." Jia (2024): owner promised to fix AC, "never bothered to show up." Alexandra (June 2026, weeks before me): cockroaches with photos from night one. I called Booking.com at 3:15 AM with photographic proof of the bed bug. Nothing could be done without the owner's written approval. The owner's refund offer: 95 lei on a 612 lei booking. Do not stay here. Location is the only bonus but there are plenty of better apartments, I literally found a gem of an apartme

−The apartment was well located, but unfortunately our experience was negatively affected by hygiene issues. During our stay, we found several cockroach-like insects inside the apartment, including on the first night shortly after arrival. We reported the issue to the host the following morning and provided photographic evidence. Due to the late arrival time, we had no alternative but to stay the first night. The host was responsive and offered another apartment, but relocating was not practical for our travel plans. As a result, we remained in the accommodation despite our concerns. I believe the property would benefit from improved pest control and hygiene measures. Unfortunately, the presence of insects made it difficult to relax and enjoy the stay.

+The apartment was clean, comfortable, and was equipped with a microwave, fridge, kettle, cups, cutlery, teabags, and even shower gel. Towels and bedding were clean. The location is excellent providing easy access to the old town. The host gave excellent communication and provided information about attractions to visit etc.

−Notre séjour a été très mauvais en raison de problèmes d’hygiène et de confort importants. Dès notre arrivée, la climatisation, pourtant indiquée dans l’annonce, ne fonctionnait pas. Le propriétaire nous a assuré qu’un technicien interviendrait, mais personne n’est venu dans les délais annoncés et la climatisation n’a finalement pas été réparée. Surtout, après deux nuits dans le logement, ma fille et moi avons constaté de très nombreuses piqûres. Nous avons d’abord pensé à des moustiques, puis nous avons découvert des traces de sang sur les draps et, en soulevant une partie de la tapisserie, nous avons trouvé de nombreuses punaises de lit vivantes. Le propriétaire a finalement constaté lui-même la présence des punaises et a reconnu le problème. Nous avons donc dû quitter le logement le 11 août, alors que notre réservation devait aller jusqu’au 16 août. Depuis, nous avons constaté qu’un autre voyageur ayant séjourné dans ce même logement immédiatement après nous a également signalé des piqûres apparues pendant son séjour. Son avis mentionne également qu’un voyageur précédent avait déjà publié environ un mois auparavant des photos de ce qui semblait être des punaises de lit. Même scé
