“Very good location for the price, a place to stay for a night or two”
+The location is next to the old town, the view from the balcony is nice, you can find some parking space close, the booking is what you expect from the price
−The room was not clean, the bedsheets were from the last visitors, but for the price it is what you pay for, and my girlfriends forgot her makeup purse, and when we called the said that the lady who cleans the property found only 1 toothbrush (from the purse) but that is not the fault of the booking itself.

“Clean, tidy room in a great location!”
+The room is in a good location. Clean and tidy room There are towels and everything you need. The landlord is nice and always available for a conversation/message The only problem with the apartment is some homeless people outside who approach you in an unpleasant way. Of course, the landlord is not to blame for this!

“Una estancia horrible”

−La TV no funciona, ni el aire acondicionado ni el hervidor de agua. No hay encendedor para la cocina por tanto no se puede usar la cafetera. Los botones de la cocina están rotos y el baño está extremadamente sucio.

+Posizionato nel centro storico.
−La posizione di centralità è reale, in un centro storico degradato, motivo del costo contenuto. Servizi: - cucina con fuochi inutilizzabili, usata come appoggio per un microonde. Materiale al limite minimo (2 forchette, 2 cucchiai ecc.); - bagno con un dispenser di sapone (di provenienza e tipologia sconosciuta) attaccato nella doccia e uno sul lavabo, n. 2 asciugamani per tutto e per tutta la durata del soggiorno. Proprietario: fino al giorno di arrivo ha risposto ai messaggi dando il consenso scritto al check in anticipato alla fascia oraria 14-15 anziché 15,30, dopodiché si è reso irreperibile (telefono e msg dalle 13,30) fino alle 15,31 orario in cui ha inviato le credenziali di accesso con il messaggio: (letteralmente) "hei! eccomi, il check in è dalle 15,30." Senza considerare il disagio che aveva creato in noi, che nel frattempo ci eravamo mossi per cercare altro...

+La ubicación perfecta! La cama cómoda y el apartamento funcional y con todo lo necesario. El acceso para el check-in fácil y cómodo, sin necesidad de personal.

“a fost exact ceea ce am cautat!”
+locatia foarte buna, cu deschidere spre pietonal nu spre artera de circulatie auto, foarte clare indicatiile catre adresa si instructiunile pt accesul in apartament. Camera curata, patul confortabil, apartamentul este dotat cu tot ceea ce este nevoie pt un sejour scurt. Recomand!
