“Perfectly located stay with everything you need”
+Had Great time here. Location is unbeatable - 100% the best location - close to old town and mogren beach, the best parts of budva. Mira picked us up from a supermarket which was just 1 minute away from the stay and helped us with everything. We even cooked wirh her together at her place, which was one of our favorite experiences.

−You are welcomed wonderfully on the first day, but disappointingly on the last day. They literally stand at your door asking you to leave as soon as possible with the excuse that the cleaner is coming early. How did we take your money, now go away. They would literally leave you in the rain at the door, they don't care.

“Avoid like the plague”

−Upon arriving, had difficulty to resolve trying to get in the building, as he didn’t reply to my message needing help. When I finally got in on my own, there wasn’t any internet (ad said Free WiFi, I have the screenshot) An unannounced person came the next day with WiFi, then it stopped working again shortly into my stay. Days go by without my texts answered. I gave up and bought WiFi. Also, from day one the bathroom smelled of sewage. I asked what could be done to remedy it, he never answered that question and I went out and bought drain cleaning products myself because he never responds to texts. There also wasn’t a way to get hot water to wash the dishes in the kitchen. (He freaked out that there was a cup and a bowl unwashed!, due to this) -also you should provide dishwashing soap- The cabinets to place your clothes, don’t slide on the rail, so you have to remove the railed door. Then he accuses you of breaking it?? and gets upset that you didn’t put it back(it’s quite heavy!). He screams at you for not contacting him that it is broken, but why?, he never responds to your texts anyway. He knows they don’t work. The fridge is garbage, as my food spoiled. What a waste. +Зручно для двох,чисто,кондиціонер і WiFi працює .Дуже хороше розташування,не далеко від центра,старого міста і пляжу,поряд супермаркет,парковка ,доброзичлива господарка,якщо,щось треба допоможе.Затишно і зручно!Все виглядає,як на фото.Рекомендую.

“Замечательное жилье”
+Топовое жилье в прекрасной локации. До старого города 3-5 минут, до двух прекрасных пляжей около 10. Была полностью счастлива тут жить. Мой номер был также очень приватный, терраса выше всяких похвал. Достаточно тихо, в номере есть все, что нужно. Очень приветливые и гостеприимные администраторы, чувствовала от них много заботы. Огромное спасибо за всё!
