“Bien pero...”
+La comunicación fue sencilla y no nos costó nada entrar. Se puede hacer check in a cualquier hora, algo que agradecimos porque llegábamos muy tarde a Bucarest. El departamento está bien ubicado, en un edificio muy viejo pero que hasta tiene su encanto. Las vistas desde el balcón son espectaculares.
−La limpieza no era muy eficiente, en concreto con todo lo que tiene que ver con menaje (los platos, los vasos...). El baño tenía algún problema de tuberías que hacía que oliese mal. La limpieza del baño también dejaba que desear.

“A location but not clean at all”
+This is certainly an A location. Everything is close and the view over the city is very very beautiful. The help for the check-in was also very clear and it took only a few minutes. Communication was also good.
−The apartment felt old and not clean at all. There was a very bad smell in the bathroom which did not make us want to shower there. But the worst was the bed, the sheets did not feel like they have been cleaned before us. The matresses felt very old. There were ants on the wall, night stand, and bathroom. Fortunately I did not find them in the bed. Now I understand we did not pay much but that does not make it acceptable to be this dirty. I would gladly have paid more for this location knowing it would be clean.

“Great location and a responsive host, but the poor cleaning standards really let it down.”
+Key collection on arrival was very smooth and easy. The host is extremely responsive, which is a major plus! The location couldn't be better,it's wonderfully situated in the heart of the old town, within walking distance of everything.
−The cleanliness definitely needs improvement. The bedsheets felt used and hadn’t been changed after the previous guest. It feels as though cleaning companies nowadays just put out two fresh towels and empty the bin,without mopping the floor, changing the bed linens, or properly cleaning the bathroom. It’s a shame, because the location is fantastic and the studio itself is nice. Note: The elevator is quite old and the studio is on the 10th floor, so just keep that in mind if you aren't comfortable with older lifts!

+La zona donde esta ubicado
−Para empezar el ascensor es muy antiguo y se trabó varias veces asi que subí y baje 10 pisos por escaleras que parecen en ruinas, las paredes del edificio pintadas y basura en el suelo, daba la sensación de ser un edificio abandonado, entras y el piso esta correcto pero sin calefacción, escribí al anfitrión y me dijo que pusiera el aire acondicionado. Me pareció una mala broma, pasamos mucho frío por que no funcionaba. No recomiendo para nada este alojamiento.

+Świetna lokalizacja , widok z balkonu na budynek parlamentu, wygodne łóżko i klimatyzacja, bardzo blisko do sklepu i miejsca z dobrą kawą

“kötü bir deneyim yaşadım.”
−ev fotoğraftaki gibi değildi. ev ve banyo aşırı pisti ayrıca tuvalet sifonunu çekince banyo su içinde kalıyordu.. ölü hamam böceği vardı. Bina içi çok kötü kokuyordu. bina da aşırı pis ve güvenli değildi.
