“Nice Stay, Overall”
+Excellent location if you like to be in the very center. Small apartment, but very neat, clean, and functional; needs a bit of updating, but still nice. Very quiet, and the bed was quite comfortable. Easy check-in/-out via lockbox. Host was responsive. Overall, a good stay; would recommend.
−Just be aware that the steps on the staircase are, as others have noted, quite steep and shallow. I navigated them, but if you have mobility issues, it might not be so easy.

+The location is fantastic, right in the middle of Old Town Riga. The one-room apartment has been cleverly furnished to provide everything we needed for our stay.
−The downside is, the flat is up 8 flights of stairs. Once up, it took me a long time to recover enough to go out again to explore the city. There is no parking nearby, so be prepared to walk a fair distance with your luggage.

“Best location to explore old town (without carrying a lot of luggage).”
+The place is right in the center of old town, couldn’t be any better! Checking in was also super easy.
−There wasn’t any hand soap left when we entered and we couldn’t connect the tv to work.

+great location, very small but cozy, nice vibe of the place, bed is comfortable and the window blinds are very helpful for sleeping. has a small washing machine for urgent laundry
−there is no proper ventilation in the bathroom and the window cannot be opened so you rely on opening the windows in the room. light switches don't work properly.

“Ottima posizione e prezzo!”
+La posizione è incredibile, in pieno centro e vicino a tutto quello che si può visitare a Riga. Apprezzato molto la pulizia della camera, e il pavimento del bagno riscaldato. Lo consiglio anche grazie al self check-in, che ti permette di regolarti con gli orari senza problemi. C’è la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli anche oltre il check out visto che per entrare nel corridoio serve un codice. Eccezionale rapporto qualità prezzo.
−Non mi sono piaciute affatto le scale, l’alloggio è al 5º piano e le scale sono molto ripide e pericolose. Ho rischiato di cadere portando su i bagagli, non adatto a persone anziane o su di età. Non è presente un ascensore. La luce della nostra camera non funzionava.
