“Great Value and Location, but Not Ideal for Winter”
+Amazing location , it couldn’t be better! The apartment is well-equipped with pans, plates, and everything you need to cook and prepare breakfast, which was very convenient. The staff were kind and helpful, and the instructions were as clear as possible. I had no difficulties with either check-in or check-out. Overall, it was a very good experience!
−The only downsides were that the water pressure was too low, making it difficult to enjoy a proper shower, and the windows had no blinds. One of the windows wouldn’t open, and the heaters sometimes didn’t work properly either. It was also difficult to find towels, although I eventually managed to find two. The blankets weren’t great either, as there were only two small ones. During the Lithuanian winter, staying in this apartment would be very uncomfortable due to the lack of proper heating and warm bedding.

“Wonderful location but hidden fees left bitter taste.”
+Great location. Very clean apt with nice little bathroom. Had a stocked kitchen and bathroom. Comfortable bed. Amazing view.
−The host was very demanding about a “city tax” of 8€ that they stated had not been included in the booking charge. Yet there was a city tax of about 8€ that was already paid for on the receipt from booking. Asked for cash to be left or bank transfer but did not send the link till after the stay. Was also upset that we took the ironing board out of the closet for laundry. If it’s an issue with booking.com not giving the tenant the full amount of money for the stay please do not make it the guest’s issue and require them to pay twice.

“Great central location and well-equipped kitchen, but late check in and early check out”
+The room was perfect for a visit to Vilnius's old town. Spacious and a great location - this means there is noise at night from the bars, but this is an obvious trade-off for being so central. The kitchen was well-equipped, with oil, other seasoning, and tea/coffee provided.
−Check in was at 5pm and check out at 10am, which in my opinion is ridiculous; they don't need seven hours to clean a room. I requested an earlier check in, or just the option to drop off my bags, and they said this carried an additional charge. A 5pm check in would be understandable if there was a later check out, but this was not the case.

“Well-appointed loft in the heart of Vilnius Old Town”
+The loft is in the heart of the Old Town and has a small inner court carpark on a first-come, first-use basis. The place is small but features all the essential facilities for a short stay. The shower is good and WiFi fast. The commanding view from the window reveals a roof-scape of medieval Vilnius. The host responded very quickly via the Booking app.
−The loft requires a steep climb in an old building with no elevator. As we happened to be there on a hot day, lack of A/C made stay inside almost unbearable.

−Saleté! L’employé m’a accusé (malgré les photos) d’avoir dit les mensonges sur les draps sales! Aussi.. d’avoir ouvert l’armoire(à côté du lit, celui qui étais sensé pour mettre des habits)pour chercher à changer le drap…je suis arrivé en pleine nuit, mais j’étais agressé, parce que j’ai refusé de dormir sur le drap plein de taches 🥶🤮

“Zentrales Apartment, leider mit nicht sehr sauberem Bad”
+Die Lage des Apartments ist wirklich super, sehr zentral in der Innenstadt. Der Hauptraum der Wohnung ist schön hell und war auch sauber, das bequeme Bett frisch bezogen, frische Handtücher. Der Check-In läuft mit guter Anleitung ohne Personal.
−Küche und Bad waren wirklich nicht sauber. Das Geschirr hatte überall Flecken und Kalkränder, ich habe nicht gekocht dort. Auch die Arbeitsfläche hätte sauberer sein können. Im Bad stand noch ein benutzter Zahnputzbecher und die Dusche war wirklich dreckig. Zudem wird das Putzzeug im Bad einfach in eine Ecke geschmissen, nicht besonders ansehnlich. Im Sommer wird es schon sehr warm in der Wohnung, da wäre es schön gewesen, man hätte beide Fenster öffnen können. Eins ließ sich leider nicht öffnen. Der Check-In ist mit 17 Uhr erst sehr spät, ein früherer check-in sollte 10€ kosten.
