“Split a real hidden gem with opportunities to visit the surrounding islands too”
+Beautiful apartment lovely garden setting for breakfast, handy for main old town area and shorefront Silvana is a great host and very accommodating told Silvana Split is a beautiful city especially the old town and would hopefully book her place again in the future

“Good location, but I would not stay here again.”
+Great location. The apartment was well-equipped and had everything we needed for our stay.
−A mouse appeared in the apartment during our second night, forcing our group to leave at 11 PM and find alternative accommodation. This was completely unacceptable and ruined our stay. Instead of taking full responsibility, the host focused on negotiating the refund and reducing her own costs. A neighbor entered the apartment without knocking after we played a single song. His behavior was intrusive and made us feel uncomfortable and unsafe. There was no indication in the listing that such strict noise rules applied.

“Great host, Great place and super clean”
+Property was spacious and modern and was fully equipped. Everything was spotless and of great quality. The courtyard outside is perfect for a lovely sit and chill in the evening or daytime

+Small garden lovely, great location for accessing the old city. We all slept very well without needing to use the air conditioning. Kitchen was suitable for home cooking, which we successfully did a couple of times. We would definitely stay here again, given the chance. Thank you!
−The property description should have been a bit clearer about the lack of nearby parking, and difficulties in finding spaces. If we had been visiting Split only, we might have chosen not to get a hire car at all, but we were touring to other locations.

“Great location, great hosts, great space, would go back again in a heartbeat!”
+The hosts were extremely helpful, answering questions quickly and even showing up with heaters due to the unseasonably cool temperatures. The apartment was quite spacious with a full bath? A half bath, and a great outdoor space! There was a cat right outside the door and the hosts let us know she was allowed to come in. She came in and hung out for about 4 hours, definitely a highlight for our family!
−Parking is difficult but you’re a short walk from Old Town so it’s worth it.

+Amazing, the lady working there is such a sweetheart. Our stay was exceptional. We loved everything. Amazing location(a little hard at first to find but it's normal for the old town part of the spit). The house had everything you might need, comfortable and clean.

“Charming, peaceful and elegant stay in a beautiful home.”
+Everything about the apartment was superb: spacious and clean, with comfy beds and a wonderful garden. It was perfectly situated, down winding alleys, no more than a five minute walk to the Old Town but also quiet and out of the way. Utterly charming!
−Due to its location, it probably wouldn't be the best for anyone with mobility issues (there are a few steps to get to the centre) and, of course, there is no parking immediately outside.

+Very well equipped, plenty of space and beautiful courtyard garden. Very near to The Riva and main square. Owners very attentive to any additional requirements.
