“Fabulous location and great value for money”
+Great location, very clean and the hosts were very good and attentive at communicating

+The location of this apartment is ideal as it is situated within walking distance to the beach, bars , restaurants and shops. It is slightly away from the main square so the noise is not full on. It is a very spacious apartment with a private car parking place. There is a large balcony, good sized kitchen and bathroom. There are 2 large bedrooms. One has a double bed while the other has 2 single beds. The a/c was great and was needed most days. The lounge area is spacious with a large flat screen TV.
−The beds were noisy and the mattress's were hard. The sofa is not comfortable. In fact it is not possible to sit and relax while watching TV. The shower pressure is quite bad, although, there is plenty of hot water. The kitchen table is unsteady and the fridge and cupboards look dated. It gets quite hot on the balcony in the afternoon but there is no awning for protection. The clothes drying rack was broken. It's a pity there was so much wrong as it's a fine apartment and would benefit greatly with updating and a little bit of TLC.

“Nice large apartment in an excellent location”
+Location is superb, right next to the bus and taxi station. Spar opposite and plenty of little shops and bars. 5 min walk to the square in the Old Town and 10 mins to the tunnel to the beach. The apartment was much bigger than expected with a lovely big balcony, which got the afternoon sun. Always plenty of hot water, 5 adults using the shower straight after one another and always had enough hot water. Large fridge and freezer although we didn't use the freezer. There were plenty of dishes and glasses and more than enough cutlery. Our host Tatiana was so helpful with the trip and arrangements. Thank you Would not hesitate to stay here again
−Nothing that detracted from the stay. Would have been nice if the shutter blind in the lounge worked so as to stop the morning light coming into the back twin bedroom, or some type of curtain on the windows adjoining the bedroom from the lounge, but that didn't ruin the holiday, just a suggestion :)

−There were a few things that were not working in the property, which didn’t bother us too much tho I think it would be beneficial moving forward to fix.

“A ne pas manquer”
+Proximité de la plage et de la vieille ville. Albufeira occupe une place centrale en Algarve pratique pour visiter la région. Appartement confortable et spacieux. Et surtout une place de parking sécurisée et privée indispensable si on vient en voiture.a
−Le principal inconvénient est que le quartier est très animé le soir donc forcément un peu bruyant.

+La ubicación, ya que estaba en pleno centro de Albufeira; la limpieza del apartamento, pues estaba impecable, el tamaño, que era más que suficiente para lo que buscábamos; y la atención del anfitrión

−Lastig was om de exacte locatie te vinden van het appartement en de weg te vinden naar en in de privé parking. Was allemaal even puzzelen, zou fijn zijn als dit wat duidelijker omschreven zou worden
