−Challenging to initially find. Even local retailers within a block didn’t know where it was. Needs a more noticeable sign which could be easily incorporated into their overall theme.

“Small but great value and perfectly comfortable for one in a convenient location”
+This is a nice little room that was completely sufficient for my one night stay as a solo traveler. Bed was comfortable, and they fit a lot into a small space. The owner and staff at the restaurant next door were very helpful and friendly - and the food there was delicious.
−Very frustrating experience at arrival - someone was supposed to meet me so I could drop off my bag in the morning -- they did not show up. I was able to leave bag at restaurant next door. When I returned at check in time, I still didn't have the access code on email from the host. Had to call several times to finally get the code. Better communication around check in would be great. Also - as a foreigner the operation of the shower was quite a mystery, Had to google to figure it out. Turns out there was a switch outside the bathroom to turn on the shower. Have traveled all over and never seen that, so directions would have been appreciated.

“Fabulous apartment. Spotless. Great location.”
+The apartment is well equipped and is spotless clean. It is ideally situated near the harbour. Street parking outside or close by the apartment. There's a pub two doors down that sells food. There is also a very good sweet/ice cream shop about 4 doors. It is ideal for a couple or a single traveller.
−The room was a bit hot. I tried to turn the heating down a couple of times but it kept going back to the original setting. I did read the instructions before trying but didn't have any luck with it. That wouldn't put me off going back again though.
