+Location
−When it comes to accommodation, cleanliness, bed and towels are important to me. The bed linens and pillows were cheap and had a worn out , musty smell. Also towels old smelly and worn out.

+The host was very responsive whenever I needed assistance and followed up to make sure everything was going well. The apartment was beautifully designed, cozy, and very comfortable, making it a pleasant place to stay. The location was excellent, with quick and easy access to the main attractions. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.
−The only challenge for us was that there were eight steps between the elevator and the apartment entrance. Since one of our companions uses a wheelchair, this made access a bit difficult. It would be helpful if this information were clearly mentioned for guests with mobility needs.

“Big apartment in the centre, but with downsides.”
+Perfect location. Quiet area with no traffic noise. Elevator. Biga spacious.
−Dated facilities, mold in the bathroom, old thin pillows. In the big bedroom was not possible to darken the roof windows - the curtains did not cover them. I have been coughing during all the stay - possibly because of allergy to the dust/mold. Although is located in the centre, I would not stay here second time.

+La posizione e l'ampiezza dell'appartamento.
−La pulizia! L'appartamento è un po'datato soprattutto il bagno e negli angoli non era nemmeno pulito. La vasca idromassaggio non abbiamo avuto voglia di usarla. In bagno c'era uno stendino di lenzuola e asciugamani ad asciugare(abbiamo chiesto la rimozione e ci è stato detto che potevamo farlo noi ma non va bene così) Il letto matrimoniale ha le doghe che crollano e le abbiamo sistemate. Nell'armadio cuscino con muffa e altre lenzuola stese ad asciugare. Cuscini delle sedie e amaca sporchi. (Tutto mostrato ad un incaricato del proprietario)

+Квартира находиться прямо в центре. До магазинов и центра где можно прогуляться нужно пройтись ,но совсем не далеко. Паркинга увы нет,но как уже писали паркинг есть подземный в пешем доступе, 12 евро за 24 часа. В квартире есть гамак ,то это очень интересно дети довольны, даже в восторге ,но собственно ради них мы и остановились на выборе этого номера. Есть вайфай ,есть место для маленького питомца .Еще большой плюс то что есть и ванна и душевая кабина, это очень удобно каждый выбирает ,а еще есть биде и для меня это супер.
−К сожалению нет вида из окна ,от слова «Совсем « каждое окно выходит на какую-то стену. Но если вы приехали гулять то отлично,так как номер подходит для того чтоб там ночевать просто идеально. И увы к нашему приезду лифт был поломан , и тяжеловато подниматься 6 этажей.

+Dzīvoklis bija komfortabls,bija visas iespējas maltītes gatavošanai,drēbju mazgāšanai. Ērta pieeja sabiedriskajam transportam,parkam un dažādiem restorāniem!
