“No real complaints. We felt completely at home.”

−Needs a railing for stairs for older people. Marble stairs lack visual clarity when descending, could be easy to miss footing. Needs handbooks for all the tech inc washing machine, tv and dishwasher plus other handheld controls A house guidance book would be useful

“An absolutely beautiful house in a quiet area just a short wall from the beach an wonderful restaurants serving authenti”
+The house was absolutely wonderful. It exceeded our expectations. It was spotless, modern and very spacious. It could accommodate a large family or groups of friends travelling together. The kitchen was well equipped with a large fridge. There were many verandas to choose from; the main veranda had ample comfortable seating with a large dining set. The plunge pool was welcoming after a day at the beach. After one windy night we found the umbrellas partially in the pool. We contacted Maria, the host and within minutes, Jordan the owner was there to take care of it. He was friendly, helpful and accommodating. I cannot say enough about this property. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for an accommodation that feels like home❤️

“A perfect stay in a modern clean villa with lots of nearby tavernas and beaches .”
+We loved everything about the villa, its location near to tavernas and shops was perfect. The beds were very it comfortable and there was great air-con. The kitchen was well stocked with all that we needed. The added benefit of a washing machine was also a great addition. The loungers around the pool were comfortable and the pool was nice for a quick dip on a hot day. Although, we didn’t use them much as we had a very very windy week. The outside lounge seating and canopies were a welcome respite from the hot sun. When we arrived there was a tray of pastries a bottle of local wine and bottled water which were a very nice touch. We tried lots of the local beaches and particularly liked the small cove at Skinaria beach which was a short drive along the coast. It also had a snack van for cold drinks and two tavernas one upstairs and one in the garden below. We tried both and enjoyed the food.

“Stunning villa close to beach and town”
+Stunning villa, ideally located for the town and beach. Also great to hike from the front door. Everything was new and very clean. We walked everywhere and hardly used the car.

“Exceptional”
+Fantastic villa close to the centre of Plakias. There is all equipment you would need inside and outside the house, a very nice terrace and swimming pool. Spacious kitchen with dining area, next to the living room, plenty of space for family time. Very comfortable mattresses in rooms, plenty of pillows and towels. Incredibly clean everywhere! We enjoyed our stay a lot and truly recommend this place! ❤️

“Modern new house in calm but central location.”
+Central location in Plakias with all the taverna- and bar offers but still quiet and private with a beautiful mountain view. Lovely pool, did not feel too small. Attentive and very kind hosts - 2 extra cleaning visits during a 12 day stay. Modern house and climate control - very clean.
−Missing a few kitchen-utilities however the host is quick to ammend to the needs. A few days a calm northerly wind smelled a little of a nearby garbage disposing plant, however this was not a big deal.

+C'était parfait, rien à dire, Linda très discrète et gentille, m'a conseillée un médecin suite à un problème durant le séjour. Rentrer après des visites sous une chaleur étouffante et pouvoir se rafraîchir dans la piscine était plus qu'agréable. Merci pour ce séjour 🙏

“Heerlijk verblijf in het gezellige dorp Plakias.”
+Centraal gelegen, op loopafstand van het strand en tavernes. Super schoon, ideaal voor 5 personen. Heerlijk zwembad en terras. We vonden het super! Goede schoonmaak, bij aankomst stond er vers fruit, water en wijn voor ons klaar. De host reageert ook snel bij vragen.
−Alles was prima. Geen minpunten.
