“Super vista e casa accogliente”
+La casa ha una vista bellissima ed é spaziosa e in una zona molto tranquilla. Sotto l’appartamento abita una signora molto carina e gentile. C’é tutto il necessario in cucina e anche una lavatrice e l’asse da stiro.
−Il bagno é piccolo e un po’ vecchio. La doccia infatti é scomoda e non ha un getto forte. A volte manca acqua ma ci sono le istruzioni su come fare quando manca, noi le abbiamo lette solo alla fine quindi non lo sapevamo:(

“Great views but too expensive for the quality offered (renovation necessary)”

−The pungent smell of the drains in the bathroom doesn't disappear even if you keep the window open all night. Mattresses in one room must be changed - it's impossible to.sleep on those bare steel wires. Our children had to sleep on the couch in the living room. The mattress in the other room is ok. The kitchen is dated - it must have had its glory days about 40 years ago. The road to the property is very steep and tricky for a normal suspension car - so if you are not in a SUV be extra careful.

“Endless sea views and golden sunsets”
+We had a wonderful time at Oikos Vikentios! The view from the balcony over the endless sea and the incredible sunsets every evening felt truly magical. The location is perfect , close to some of the most beautiful beaches in Lefkada. The hosts welcomed us with genuine hospitality, great attention to detail, and lovely little welcome gifts , it immediately created a feeling of warmth and care. The house is clean, spacious, and has a wonderful atmosphere that makes you want to stay longer. It’s a place you’d truly love to return to.

“Great property in Lefkada”
+Best place in Athani which is between the 2 most popular beaches Egremni and Porto Katsiki. The house is in a quiet area upcountry (so the roads are narrow) but the views from the balcony is priceless (sunsets are amazing here). The host is very welcoming and definitely recommend. Beds comfortable and kitchen useful. Has AC in the bedrooms (not in living room). Great for one couple or two or family of 4.

+The house itself is very nice and the views are the best. Located in Athani small upcountry town but between the best beaches in lefkada. Loved the hospitality and service.

“Widok z apartamentu jest absotlunie fenomenalny.”
+Absolutnie przepiękny widok z tarasu. Duży salon, bardzo dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, sprawna klimatyzacja. Na miejscu jest grill, co jest również wspaniałym udogodnieniem.
−W jednej sypialni (2 pojedyncze) bardzo niewygodne łóżka i materace. Dodatkowo w sypialniach bardzo mało miejsca do przechowywania ubrań i własnych rzeczy. Na zdjęciach booking widoczne są duże szafy, których w apartamencie tak naprawdę nie ma. W małych, pojedynczych szafach praktycznie brak półek, tylko kilka wieszaków, przez co było nam niewygodnie bo rzeczy trzymaliśmy w walizkach.
