“Not our favorite place by any stretch.”
+It was near where our other family was.
−We were not informed there would be other people and a dog on the property. Seeing a man walk outside and pee was not my favorite moment. They should have let us know there would be others there.

−The host lied when she said that the property is just for us, I asked before we booked! there was an RV on the property and someone was living there! Creepy … I asked two days in advance for access code and she was rude not answering and then when she finally answered she said she will cancel my reservation if I want. We asked for access code, we did not ask for cancelation! Total disastrous communication, host did not make an effort to make us feel welcome. We did not feel safe knowing someone was living in that RV in the yard! The yard was dark no lights you could not see where you’re stepping… Yard maintenance was not done, dog poops everywhere, grass not cut and clutter in the yard all kind of items spread in the yard, not an attractive site for sure we won’t go back ever. It’s a shame because inside the house was renovated and comfy but as soon as you stepped outside was creepy.

+The home is large with plenty of space. The inside is absolutely beautiful. Plenty of counter space in the kitchen, and cozy furniture.
−The only inconvenience was the washer and dryer didn't work.

“A great place for a family vacation, where your loving pets will enjoy their stay.”
+I love the space the home has for a family vacation. The location was closed to many different attractions around Myrtle Beach.

“DIAMOND IN THE ROUGH”
+The house is definitely within 5 minutes of the beach 🏖️ which is the main reason we came so that was a big plus. The property manager definitely helped with quick responses up into the time we got there so that was definitely amazing as well. The house is a diamond in the rough but it says they are still doing some work to make it better. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.
−The oven doesn’t work BUT they do have a toaster oven so I was able to make my family their pizza 🍕 and the master room tv didn’t connect to the remote BUT me and my husband was fine since we had our own electronic devices. There is someone who stays in a camper on the property BUT they don’t bother you. The yard could use some picking up as well.
