“Would have been better if we didn't have to switch rooms and lose food”
+The room had stove
−Had to change rooms cause stove started smoking and firefights had to come. So we had to change rooms and all of my food. I was told that I would get a little money back cause the food lost.But never got it It wasn't my fault that the stove wires was burning.

“the place felt overpriced for what it offered.”
−The area is not the best, and parking was a major issue. We were told we’d receive a parking pass, but upon arrival, there was none provided and no parking available nearby, we ended up having to park several blocks away, which was really inconvenient. The view of the ocean is not as advertised; it’s from the side of the building, not directly facing the water. Additionally, only one elevator was working during our stay, which made wait times incredibly long and frustrating. Overall, I felt the apartment was overpriced for what it offered, especially considering the location, lack of promised amenities, and inconvenience throughout the stay.

“Wonderful and pleasant, just enough space needed for a small group! Amazing accommodating host!”
+The view was great and the room was very nice and clean! For being a smaller room it was made very spacious. Nice appliances and furniture.
−The only thing was having to park across the street in the parking lot but even then it wasn’t a big deal plus it was an assigned parking lot for the hotel so there wasn’t any worry about being towed or anything!

“We had an excellent room and right on the ocean was great for the money.”
+The accommodations were great! Loved it had a full kitchen and furnishings. The room was very spacious for having a bed and sofa bed in the room. It was very stylish.
−The only thing was the appearance of the outside of building was not very inviting when you drive up. But the room and inside of building was great!

“Beautiful, clean, and comfortable studio apartment (Air B&B)”
+The beach is in the backyard of the building. The studio apartment is clean and beautiful. The family kingdom amusement park is within walking distance.
−The entrance to the building looks ghetto because part of the glass door is gone and boarded up with wood. The doors need to be replaced. There was NO parking available. I had to pay for parking 4 blocks away from the building.

“Oceanwiew Efficiency Stay”
+Room is nice and clean. Stove and refrigerator is convenient and located on 15th floor.
−Located in Sea Mist hotel. Hotel is older, elevator is slow. Smoke alarm randomly going off at weird hours for no reason.

“All in all, it was worth it for the price. We enjoyed the view and the proximity to the beach.”
+The location of the apartment is excellent in regard to the proximity to the beach, lots of stores and restaurants near. The apartment is equipped with a small kitchen that has basically everything you might need on a vacation. The bed is comfortable and big enough for a family of three (if the child is young).
−Sea Mist buildings are in a rundown condition. The balcony door is very hard to open/close. The apartment had lots of sand on the floors and the couch when we entered, grapes, papers, dust, price tags near the bed.
