+Everything was great. Nicola was a fantasic, helpful host, the location is in walking distance of the historic centre, erice cable car and beach, and the apartment had everything that we needed.
−We don't have a negative thing to say about our stay.

+The internal yard on the outside and the mattresses were comfortable.
−The showers were very slow 😞 the ac of the one bedroom and the one we're there is the sofa bed in the two bedroom apartment were not working good. Beside that we left the ac on during the day as it was very hard to cool the rooms and the owner came down and switched the main off and we know that because once some of us stayed there and came face to face with her. She didn't even bother that we had food in the fridge and freezer.

“Great location”
+The location was really good as we were close both to bust stop to Palermo and 15 min away to harbour. The room was clean and big. We had a supermarket 10 min away too. Fresh pizza round the corner and beautiful breakfast on the main road.

“Good spot where you can stay!”
+The owner was really nice and helped us anytime we needed it.💜 The apartment is nicely located. Beach in about 15 minutes of almost straight walk. The grocery stores are also pretty close, and you can find anything you need. A lot of cafés and shopping stores are nearby. Center is in around 10 mins walk. We had 2 bathrooms in our apartment, which was really useful!
−A small minus is that there are no windows in the kitchen and bedroom, so it was a bit damp, but there are 2 air conditioners that easily solved this problem, so it was not a big issue for us.☺️

“Sarebbe ottimo MA…”
+Ottima posizione per girare, proprietaria veramente molto disponibile, la struttura era come nelle foto, l’appartamento è molto carino. Noi eravamo in quello al piano terra.
−Noi siamo arrivate alla sera ed entrando abbiamo sentito odore di chiuso. Abbiamo risolto arieggiando con l’ampia finestra. Di per sé l’appartamento non avrebbe problemi, se non che dal primo momento abbiamo sentito un forte rumore che si ripeteva ogni 10 secondi circa che la prima notte non ci ha permesso di dormire. Ovviamente parlando con la proprietaria, che ripeto è stata molto disponibile, abbiamo capito che si trattava dell’autoclave dell’acqua. Staccando degli interruttori dal quadro elettrico siamo riuscite a risolvere il problema nelle ore notturne. Credo ad ogni modo che debba essere risolto o quanto meno fatto presente prima della prenotazione poiché mi sembra comunque poco pratico dover ogni ogni notte staccare l’acqua. Forse siamo state noi sfortunate perchè c’è stato un grande problema con l’elettricità e un vicino del nostro appartamento ha riferito che il rumore era dovuto dal fatto che l’autoclave si era spenta per un certo periodo di tempo. Un’altra pecca dell’appartamento al piano terra è che rimane molto umido e i panni impiegano diversi giorni per asciugarsi. “Запах все портит”
+Удобное расположение, отличная коммуникация по WhatsApp, большой номер с двумя ванными комнатами, два кондиционера.
−Вонь канализации. Она был настолько интенсивной для нас, что находиться в этих апартаментах стало мукой. Кондиционеры не спасали. Казалось, что все наши вещи и мы сами пропитались этим запахом и он нас преследовал и на улице.

“Buona esperienza”
+Buona posizione, parcheggio libero nelle vie circostanti, appartamento dotato di tutto l'indispensabile (phon, lavatrice, utensili per la cucina, stendino...), ottima comunicazione con l'host.
−Ingresso al secondo piano tramite scale strette e poco agevoli; pianerottolo con ringhiera che genera disagio a chi soffre di vertigini; le finestre difficili da tenere aperte perché coperte da tende pesanti bloccate ai lati. Mobilio poco curato (cassettiera in plastica in bagno sverniciata e mal funzionante), sportelli del mobile della cucina difficoltosi da aprire.
