“Scrapbook worthy beachfront/boardwalk location on the Peninsula with wonderful welcoming hosts.”
+This beachfront location is fantastic, right on the boardwalk in a safe, family friendly, and active neighborhood on the Peninsula. We loved walking along the boardwalk with the ocean view, and it was such a bonus to be able to cross the street and enjoy walks along the bayside as well. The covered patio was a highlight,I spent mornings sitting outside drinking coffee, listening to the ocean and watching the neighbors walk their dogs. The beds and living room furniture were extremely comfortable, and the place was spotless. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook meals, and communication with the owners was outstanding. They were incredibly welcoming and made us feel like family. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend this place.
−The beach was a bit dirty during our stay, which was unfortunate, but this was completely out of the owner’s control.

“Good place to hang out with family and friends.”
+The porch outside was a great place to hang out with a beach view. Saw a dolphin swim by. Lot's of restaurants and shops within a 10 minute drive. It's easy to rollerblade from the house to a bike/skate path that runs along belmont shores beach. The path is about 4 miles one way.

“We sure happy about our short stay. we appreciate your place. thank you”
+my friend and I enjoyed our stay, especially the view. We would love to be able to sit outside the front patio but unfortunately too cold during our stay. Maybe another time.
−Even with the instruction for parking and key location but we had a little hard time at first. The property is facing the beach therefore address isn't viewable, so it was a little difficult at first.

“Cozy and beautiful!”
+We loved the location, the outdoor patio and the set up of the house! The beds were cozy and there was plenty of throw blankets for the chilly ocean breeze. The owner was wonderful and very helpful! We felt at home and would definitely recommend anyone going to long beach to stay there!
−We have an SUV so parking was a little tight but it was nice that it was private.
