+We had a great stay in Imsouane! Everything was clean and comfortable, and Hamza welcomed us warmly and was very helpful. They also offer a delicious breakfast on the rooftop, with great food at a very reasonable price.We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place!

“Heartwarming experience, we didn’t want to leave.”
+We had an amazing stay and would definitely come back! The apartment had everything we needed and was the perfect size for our one-week stay,we honestly could have stayed much longer. The bed deserves a special mention. It was a little firmer than what we’re used to, but after two nights we absolutely loved it. It was incredibly comfortable, and honestly one of the best beds we’ve ever slept in outside our own home. Oussama and his brother were exceptional hosts. Before we arrived, I asked if it would be possible to have a hairdryer, even though it wasn’t originally available. Oussama went out of his way to find one for us before we checked in, which we really appreciated. They were both incredibly kind, friendly, and always happy to help. They also brought us a second blanket free of charge as soon as we asked, surprised us with fresh fruit during our stay, and were always available whenever we needed anything. The apartment was very clean, and the location was perfect. They also recommended the surf school directly across the street (Clapo Surf), which turned out to be fantastic,we had an amazing experience there as well. +We had an absolutely amazing stay ! Oussama is a super kind and welcoming host, always ready to help and make sure everything is perfect. The apartment itself is spotless, cozy, and well-equipped. The terrace is stunning with breathtaking ocean views - perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunset. Its location is perfect, just a short walk to the best surf spots in Imsouane. We loved the calm vibe, the comfort, and the overall atmosphere of the place. Huge thanks to Oussama - we can’t wait to come back and highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Imsouane! 🌊✨

“Super séjour !”
+Super séjour, le logement est très bien situé, tout se fait à pied et les commerces sont à proximité. Le personnel est accueillant et discret. Le logement est spacieux et la cuisine est bien équipé si on veut cuisiner. Super rooftop !
−Le seul petit point négatif est que la literie est un peu dur, cela nous a pas empêché de bien dormir ! ;) Légèrement bruyant à cause des chiens errants qui aboient ++ la nuit, mais pas propre au logement, c’est comme ça partout à Imsouane !

+Location du studio en rez-de-chaussée pour 3 : un couple avec un enfant !! Très bien pour 3 jours, très bien placé a 10 min de la plage principale du coup on pouvait revenir au studio plusieurs fois par jour, commerces a proximité !! La voiture juste devant, l'immeuble facile a trouver !! Une douche pour les pieds dehors, un toit trop cosy !! Petite cuisine pratique !! Accueil sympathique !!

+Жили в апартаментах 10 дней, в целом все понравилось, кроме небольших деталей. В отеле работают очень приятные и гостеприимные люди. Помогали по разным вопросам, в последний день угостили ужином с таджином и кускусом Сам номер базовый, почти все необходимое для комфортной жизни имеется - есть холодильник, удобный стол для работы и телевизор с выходом HDMI. На последнем этаже есть чил-зона, откуда хорошо виден океан До серф-спотов и большинства кафе минут 5 пешком. Но около отеля тоже есть места, где можно поесть. Также есть небольшая кухонная зона в номере, где можно при желании приготовить еду. Мы не пользовались, так как в магазинах выбор небольшой, в Имсуане проще (и возможно даже дешевле) есть в кафе
−Есть некоторые недостатки, которые не перекрывают плюсы, но снижают уровень комфорта В номере довольно душно в течение дня. Кондиционера или вентилятора нет, спасало открытое окно. Но перед сном все равно приходилось закрывать, так как на улице много шума от машин, мопедов и особенно собак. С вентилятором было бы комфортнее За 10 дней не было уборки, хотя просили Душ с приколами, вода иногда сама становится то теплее, то холоднее

“Tolle Wohnung in guter Lage, sehr netter Vermieter.”
+Sehr schönes Schlafzimmer, angenehmes Bett und schön eingerichtet. Der Rest der Wohnung ist eher dunkel aber die Dachterasse ist dafür sehr schön. Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich und haben uns Abends Essen geschenkt.
−Küche ist nicht gut ausgestattet. Man kann nicht wirklich kochen.

“Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!”
+Schöne, geräumige Unterkunft. Das Doppelbett war sehr bequem. Es gibt überall Jalousinen zum abdunkeln. Das Apartment war sehr geräumig und sauber ! Der Kühlschrank ist groß - Gruppen/ Familientauglich. Die Kommunikation war super! Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt !
