−Shower problem, flooded the bathroom. Room door difficult to open and close. Main entrance gate difficult to use.

“Ocean George!! Simply the best.”
+Thank god for the Host George, he was amazing. Very helpful and welcoming, made our stay special to be honest. Builders started drilling at 07:00 in the flat next door, bit of a nightmare, but George sorted it out for us.
−The flats need modernising, though neat and clean, the fitments and fittings are well past their sell by date.

+If there was a rating number 0 I would rate it 0. I booked 2 weeks in advance and a few hours my check in time I received an email saying that the place has been cancelled for my stay. While I was already travelling from Cape Town to Durban imagine with my family. There were 2 different excuses from owner and booking.com 1. Booking.com said the place is fully booked they over booked people 2. Owner said the place was still being fixed IMAGINE??? Don’t ever do that again to people.

+Absolutely stunning views!! Peaceful and quiet.. a prime spot and one of the absolutely best places I have stayed in Ballito! Most welcoming and accommodating host - George goes out of his way to make you feel at home and comfortable!! Even offered me a cup of wonderful tea while I waited for my room - I was 3hours early for check in... Made no hassle of it! George, his Mum and all his staff truly made me feel like I was the most important person on earth! I will return as often as I can! My best little escape yet! I could stay there a lifetime - it's "Simply-The-Best!"

+George the host is amaizing. When we got there the venue is nice but the beds are horrible. Alot of construction happening with no communication to us. The parking is very limited and tricky if you have a SUV. The beds are extremely uncomfortable and when i let the owner know she was dismissive saying all customers have different experiences. The other customers are having the same experience. I had to double pay for another room in another bed and breakfast. The owner knowing these issues is not even willing to option a partial refund to assist with us paying for another bed and breakfast. Stay away the owner is extremely rude and takes no responsibility for her venues downfalls.
−Very limited parking. Terrible beds unable to rest at all. Owner has no consideration for the disruption this causes on her guests. Owner is not will to take any ownership of problems.

+Ocean George Seafront Accommodation was an absolute delight. The location is unbeatable , stunning ocean views that make every morning feel special. The unit was clean, comfortable, and well‑equipped, making it easy to relax from the moment we arrived. The host was warm, responsive, and made check‑in effortless. We loved the peaceful atmosphere, the proximity to great restaurants and the promenade, and the overall feeling of being right in the heart of Ballito’s coastline. A perfect spot for a calm, scenic getaway. Highly recommended.
