“Great apartment for Watersports in the Center for Cabarete!”
+If you are searching for a safe and good value for money stay directly on the beach, this is the one! It is perfect for 1-2 persons especially if you visit Cabarete for watersports. The owner Nikolai is super friendly and helpful, even spontaneously prolonging the stay was not an issue.
−Everything’s perfect, furniture might need an upgrade in the next couple of years, but apart form that you have everything you need for a longer stay!

“Awesome stay with great hospitality”
+The owner Nick of the property unit was very professional and positive vibes! Greeted me when I arrived on property. Showed me inside unit property is quiet, cleaned and in good walking distance location to the beach. I will be doing business with owner Nick in near future. You can't go wrong booking a stay with owner condos properties its great hospitality at its finest!

“Exceptional”
+Everything was perfect, but we experienced a heatwave. Nick promised to update the AC unit to a bigger one. Should have moved to a different unit, but by the time I figured this out, it was too late.

“Everything was great!”
+Location is great, very close to the beach, LEK kiting school, restaurants, Rosa supermarket is just 400m away. Ocean Dream complex is very nice and has security. Nick was a very helpful and responsive host. The studio had everything I needed. Would definitely recommend!
−No patio/balcony, not that much of a view from the windows. The kitchen doesn't have things like salt/pepper/oil/coffee. The bathroom doesn't have soap or shampoo. Wasn't a deal-breaker for me at all, but smth to keep in mind.
