+1) the host Marijana 2) location - 2 min down the stairs to the sea - although there is no infrastructure available like sunbeds or beachclubs, there is plenty of space to put your towel on the flat rocks and enjoy the water and sun without crazy crowds like on most of the official public beaches. One of the best small pebble beach is 5 min down the road towards Sumartin. And I mean it! compared to other crowded, not very clean locations including the famous golden horn beach ( avoid this one) 3) Sumartin - 5 min driving to restaurants, supermarket,boat rental. I recommend Konoba Bernardo restaurant - small fish, seabass, Dorada - delicious and reasonably priced 4) AA - of course - APARTMENT - very comfortable, ample space, kitchen fully equipped, lots of outdoor space on two terraces, beautiful flowers and plants around - fabulous!! 5) You can rent e-bikes from Marijana - we really enjoyed our bike ride down to Sumartin and exploring it's surroundings. 6) restaurant Cartolina just few steps down to sea - perfect spot for evening drinks and dinner - the best views in area for sure. There is another bar or something next to it but we didn't have a time to try it although it looked v
−1) small black poodle living next house that was taking every opportunity to bark but as soon as you hush him away he retreats!)))) An shuts up!))) This ,of course, is funny minor annoyance and otherwise there is absolutely nothing to dislike here.

+Our Stadt was exceptional. The Apartment was very clean,well equipped,and the near by quiet small Beach was perfect for our little Boys. Our host was very Kind and even accompanied us to a doctor and acted as a translator when our youngest became sick. We hope to Return again for another vacation.

“Exceptional”
+The appartment is comfortable, well equipped with everything one could need for a nice holiday. The highlight for us were two spacious terraces, which guaranteed a place to hide in a shade throughout the day. The hosts Marijana and Zeljko were warm-hearted, always ready to help or provide us with advice. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

“Exceptional”
+I visited Oasis apartment with 5 of my friends. We spent amazing time there. Apartment was better than we thought it'll be. Really big, fully equipped and clean. Much better than other places which we visited in the past. Three comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms, two beautiful terraces located on both sides of the building, so you can enjoy the sun or shade all day, depending on your preferences. One of the terrace also has a shower and the other has a grill. The beach is 5 minutes from the apartment. It was almost empty throughout our stay. There are also two restaurants and cocktail bar. Owners are trully wonderful, thanks to them, we felt like in home. Marijana took care of us, she always asked wheter we need anything. She was very helpful and answered every question we had. I also have to mention that They have their own homemade olive oil which we 100% recommend to try. It's a place you want to come back to :)

“Spacious, well equipped apartment comfortable for 6 people with nice host”
+Spacious apartment for 6 people, 3 double bedrooms. 2 terraces allow lounging in shade depending on time of day. Barbecue also available. Fully featured kitchen with utilities (incl. dishwasher), 2 bathrooms, one with washing machine. Utilities as well as furnishings are not exactly new but fully serviceable. I understood from the host that they plan to renovate the apartment. Apartment was very nice and clean upon arrival. Host family is very friendly and helpful. Upon arrival the apartment was already cooled (we actually raised the temps a bit), and we were greeted with an offering of various cold drinks in the fridge. The hosts also offered some food which we unfortunately had to decline due to our dietary restrictions. Payment was arranged through booking.com, which is much easier than cash on site.
−There is nothing specific I could bring up, especially no significant complaints of any sort. There was nothing that we expected and didn't find. The kitchen could use a coffee maker and a toaster, but again, this is not an expectation that wasn't met, just something that would add value. The price was a bit higher than what we were comfortable with but nothing out of what you see in the area.

“Paradiset Selca”
+Jag vill ju helst inte skriva hur bra det var 😉. Det går nästan inte att med ord beskriva denna fantastiska plats, Selca🧡. Magiskt. Lgh har allt man kan önska som gäst med ett fullutrustat kök, två altaner/terrasser med fantastisk utsikt, tre sovrum, två badrum, stora sällskapsytor inomhus, AC, två kylar, en frys, strykjärn m m. Inget fattas. Förutom det blir man såååväl omhändertagen av värden Marijana. Hon ser verkligen till att alla gäster har det bra och trivs. Marijana tipsar även gärna om vad man kan se och göra på ön. Den lilla orten Selca behöver man egentligen inte lämna... här finns tre/fyra riktigt bra restauranger, en strandbar och inte minst det fantastiska kristallblåa havet med dess magiska klippor att solbada ifrån. Vi älskar denna plats! Och vi kommer tillbaka snart igen. Stort tack Marijana för att ni delar med er av ert paradis! Och tack för oljan🙏🏻mums.
