+Station Approach is very comfortable apartment. Very clean with modern furnishings and well equipped. The view is amazing over the estuary and towards Conwy castle . Very convenient location .

“Unbeatable location, breathtaking estuary views, and the most comfortable bed ever!”
+We have completely fallen in love with this place! Our stay was absolutely wonderful, and it made our trip incredibly memorable. The house is perfectly located within an easy walking distance to the famous Conwy Castle and its charming town centre. Its just a minute away from the train station and the bus stop. Having a private parking spot right outside the main gate added so much convenience. The highlight of the stay was the breathtaking, clear, no-barrier no-obstruction view of the Conwy Estuary along the River Conwy and the serene marina. Sitting right across the road, it can be admired directly from the dining table while you enjoy your meals. Out of all the accommodations we have ever stayed at, this property offered the most amazing, comfortable bed I've ever had. The perfect softness of the mattress, the fluffiness of the duvet, and the gentle pillows provided a truly wonderful night's sleep. The entire house was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated with classic items, like a set of binoculars to enjoy the scenery. “Very nice and comfortable apartments with good views of the bay.”
+Very comfortable beds. Nice Lounge and the bean to cup coffee machine was the 'icing on the cake'.
−On street car parking only and had no spaces outside property at the time of visit. Not an issue for train travellers or people without young children. Ended up paying £7.50 for 24hours in the station car park which I have to say is a good price compared to other places. Can pay £3 but have to be up to move car before 8 AM.

+Everything … Clean, modern, comfortable, spacious, accessible, AND THE VIEWS!! these were awesome.. Megan (the host) was lovely. We had balloons on our arrival for our friend’s birthday along with a welcome pack including lots of goodies and a bottle of Prosecco ( nice touch! Thank you ☺️ The towels smelt really fresh ( I know this sounds a little odd to mention but in other places we’ve stayed the towels smelt damp)

+Location fabulous, cute wee apartment had everything we needed and a lovely view as well.
−Just a wee warning for those wirh mobility issues. Not a good choice as up 2 steep flights of stairs so would be a challenge.

“Wish we'd stayed longer”
+A wonderful stay! The arrival welcome box was a lovely touch, and the views across the water to Conwy Castle are spectacular, especially at sunset. We appreciated the thoughtful details, like the picnic gear and ice packs in the freezer. The location is peaceful and away from the crowds, but still perfect for sightseeing. Parking outside or at the nearby station is inexpensive and convenient.
−The need to switch on/off the hot water - but it was a minor issue. If we stayed longer, a dishwasher would be useful
