“Lovely stay”
+I liked the fact there was privacy for my brother whom I booked for a 2 week stay. His stay was in a converted garage in the back garden and I was impressed at the space and how lovely, clean and tidy it was...well done!
−Booking.com did not pass my details on to the property owner so turned up without any understanding as to how to access the property. This was quickly sorted as spoke to the owner and she took my number and sent me the access code to enter the property.

“Indeed a place to still feel at home albeit away from home”
+Quite cosy and it does epitomise of a home in a home; given not just the pleasure but the warm hospitality that goes with staying in this place
−Very difficult to obtain as this is always fully booked. I was even surprised to find my booking confirmed. I hope they can get one more facility. One can only secure booking unless you book really ahead of time prior to your arrival date. This is how pleasant this place is; hence people rushing to use this facility.

“Convenient if you’re requiring to stay in the specific area clean and suitable for a weekend”
+Convenient & easy access to the property via self check in it was clean and the shower was good.
−Very small kitchen area if you’re staying for more than a couple of days and wanted to cook it might not be ideal. Description stated there was an iron but there wasn’t one. The conversation from a garage to living accommodation was clearly done on a budget and it just didn’t feel like quality materials or furnishings were used

“Clean & Cosy”
+Very clean & cosy. Had a shelter outside for smokers. Had a snart tv so was able to watch my own Netflix. Good for the odd night or weekend.
−Not much to complain about, felt abit weird staying in the bottom of someone's garden. Would probably benefit them sectioning off the garden.
