“Overall, it’s worth the price and a very pleasant stay.”
+Nuno is very responsible and easy to reach. Our check-in and out are very smooth. The location is perfect, near to the main metro station, bus stops, and supermarkets.
−The shower area of the bathroom is a bit small, almost no space to turn around.

+The lift (elevator) in the building was really nice and historical. The hosts also left some very nice snacks and wine in the room for us. Excellent location, very close to the Saldanha metro station which is on two metro lines including the one to the airport and Oriente train station.
−When we arrived, the power was out in the whole building and we had to carry our suitcases up 5 flights of stairs. But it was a temporary issue, fixed within a couple of hours or so, and it didn't happen again during our stay.

“do not stay here”
+Great location, lovely apartment, although the rug in the kitchen was unclean and the bathroom door handle and towel holder were coming off/ coming apart. Nice view, good balcony and both rooms had access to private balcony.
−We were awoken every day of our 10 day trip to drilling. Not just quite muffled drilling but piercingly loud drilling because there was construction work being done drilling into brick walls, on our floor and other floors of the building. We endured a daily wake up call of 8:30am/ 9am every morning because of the construction work. The walls of the building were all open and exposed with wires and pipes showing. Towards the end of our trip as we go tired and spent more time at the apartment than outside, drilling went on from 9am to 5pm!! on our holiday! NO MENTION made of this prior to booking, when we booked or when we arrived. We are very patient people and once wed finally had enough, we received the run around from the accommodation, and NO REFUND. It's only unfortunate that I can't upload the video from our bedroom, of how loud the drilling noise was. How this property is allowed to book without giving notice to customers before their arrival is a huge oversight on booking.com's part.

+Very clean and comfortable. Easy access. Helpful staff. Good facilities. Lovely wee apartment with separate bedroom. Great location.
−Small lift can be very busy in the large building so be prepared to do lots of steps.

“Volveré seguro”
+Esta habitación es mas como un pequeño apartamento, tienes de todo. Nada de espacio estrechos o malos olores. Bien equipado tienes desde lo necesario como puede ser nevera o sartenes plancha y secador, hasta aceite y sal o un destapador de vino. No se puede decir que sea grande pero es lo suficiente grande para estar cómodo y bien. La ubicación para mi es perfecta linea directa con metro desde el aeropuerto y autobuses a 4 o 6 paradas de Rossio super cómodo aunque yo use mucho bolt con 3 o 4 euros te lleva de un lado a otro. El anfitrión muy detallista, unos días antes contacta contigo por whatsapp para organizar tu llegada y te deja detallitos que se agradecen como mistela o pastelitos de nata. Super contenta yo suelo ir por Lisboa porque me encanta el lugar. seguro que volvere y volvere a este O quinto esquerdo

“Buena estancia para un par de días”
+El espacio está muy bien para pasar un par de días por la ciudad. Todo estuvo muy limpio y te reciben con unas ricas tortitas de belén
−El ascensor no estuvo funcionando el día que llegué, considera que si llevas maleta pesada es importante confirmar con el anfitrión.

“Wyjątkowe miejsce na pobyt w Lisbonie”
+To był cudowny pobyt w Lisbonie! Mieszkanie jest w idealnej lokalizacji - stacja metra linii czerwonej dosłownie 3 min od wyjścia, która jest np. połączona z lotniskiem, co jest dużym ułatwieniem. Dzielnica była bardzo przyjemna, spokojna, z dużą ilością sklepów spożywczych, a tuż za rogiem znajduje się cudowne miejsce z pastel de nata - to był nasz początkowy punkt każdego dnia :). Mieszkanie samo w sobie było bardzo przytulnie urządzone, miało wszystkie udogodnienia jakie są przydatne podczas wakacji od zastawy i sztućców, po kawę, oliwę, przyprawy, a również drobne pomocne rzeczy w łazience, jak patyczki do uszu, szczoteczki z pastą do zębów itp. Właściciel był również bardzo przemiły i pomocny z każdą sprawą, a nawet dostarczył nam słodką niespodzianką pod drzwi! Bardzo polecamy!
−- Może brak smart tv mógłby być jakimś minusem, ale można sobie poradzić jeśli się ma chromecast - Trzeba mieć na uwadze, że mieszkanie to tak naprawdę jedno z wydzielonych studio w ogromnym apartamencie. Dźwięk przechodzących lub rozmawiających sąsiadów na korytarzu jest słyszalny, niemniej z poszczególnych mieszkań nie słyszeliśmy nic :)
