+We absolutely loved our stay here. The apartment is beautiful and located on one of the most beautiful streets in Nerja - quiet and traffic-calmed, yet right by the sea. The beach is literally a three-minute walk away, even if you’re taking your time. And then there’s the rooftop terrace - the absolute highlight. A wonderful place to start the morning, end the day, or simply sit there and wonder why you don’t live in Nerja permanently. Alicia is a fantastic host: warm, charming, attentive and incredibly helpful. She made us feel genuinely welcome from the very beginning.

“The apartment was so near everything just a shot walk away and so safe.”
+The apartment was absolutely perfect, it has everything you need. It is near all restaurants and beach. The outdoor terrace is a winner and we loved it. Our host Alicia was so accommodating and so friendly. We will be back 10 out of 10.

“An excellent location for access to Nerja town and beaches.”
+Fantastic roof terraces. Good air conditioning. TV includes YouTube, which is always a positive. Apartment is really well situated for accessing Nerja town and close to main car park. Handy for beaches too.
−At times considerable late night noise from revellers, as late as 5 a.m.

“Fab 6 nights we stayed for and would stay again location Amazing about 10 min walk to bureane beach 4 min walk balcon ab”
+It’s location was Amazing less than 4 min to Balcón and the roof terrace was amazing spacious and a sun trap and top terrace you could see the sea
−The only thing which was a problem was the twin bedroom rather small think if they moved bedside table out it would make a bit of room but apart from sleeping in it fine

“A wonderful, bright, clean and airy apartment on our favourite Nerja street”
+A wonderful, bright, clean and airy apartment on our favourite Nerja street. And despite this there was no disruptive noise from outside, the shutters and the aircon work really well for drowning out noise and keeping the temp down. We are a family of 4 and it was the perfect location and size. The beds are comfy, each room has a balconette, good wifi and facilities, espeically the washing machine. A welcome basket with some much appreciated coffee pods, wine & water in the fridge too. The roof terrace is huge and we had some nice meals there and done a bit of sunbathing. I would defo come back and would recommend to others. Thank you Alicia
−No complaints, a dishwasher would be handy but not a big deal.

“Lovely apartment in great location”
+We stayed for 10 days & wish we could have stayed longer. We arrived early & were able to check in & the apartment was so clean & welcoming. The roof terrace is lovely to sit out & relax. Excellent location for both beaches & town. Thank you Alicia 😊

“Nicely renovated, great location - not suitable for those who are noise sensitive or have mobility issues.”
+Good location, bright, clean, nicely decorated, lovely roof top terrace, responsive host.
−Street noise was an issue, unavoidable given the location. Kitchen area is small and a bit difficult to manage in if you want to do any cooking besides tea and toast. Terrace is expansive and lovely, and bedrooms are a reasonable size but the rest of the indoor living area is limited - one armless flip couch, small tv. We were there for a longer stay and had some rainy days so this was more of an issue for us - think short stays would be fine. If you have accessibility issues this would not be a fit - a flight of stairs to the apartment -and an additional flight of stairs and multiple doorways and doorsteps to get to the terrace.
