“Overall great.”
+Beautiful and quiet. Great location
−Unfortunately they forgot to refill the toilet paper. So at 6pm at night after a long day we had to drive to Jindabyne to purchase toilet paper. We did let them know and they were apologetic.

“a beautiful location and very comfortable apartment with disruptive neighbours in the chalet below.”
+This apartment is above another larger chalet in a beautiful setting. The view is stunning. The apartment is comfortable and warm. It has everything you want for a short stay in the mountains. So convenient to either Thredbo or Perisher (via Skitube).
−There is some maintenance required eg the door handle on a bedroom was broken, there was some leakage around the base of the taps in the bathroom. The kitchenette is adequate but some items need replacing eg the frying pans were warped and old, the veggie peeler needed replacing, a grater would be a good addition. The fuse tripped when using the microwave. This was not easily fixed (required a call out) because contrary to the instructions for the property, the fuse was in the downstairs accommodation- that information should be updated. The people responding to the call out were extremely helpful and responsive- couldn't have asked for better help. The most frustrating thing was the noise from the chalet below. At times this involved Karaoke and loud music until 1.30am. The walls and floors were paper thin so this was very disrespectful. It didn't stop despite me asking them to cut the music. I contacted the number for the property at one point via text to complain but didn't hear back. it is such a shame when the surrounds are so peaceful.
