+Instructions for key collections were clear and easy to follow, the house is quite spacious, and there are two bathrooms, both with showers. The bathrooms were cleaned daily, and the kitchen is also well equipped. Wi-fi is working well.
−The host replied only close to the date about check-in requests. In my room there were many rugs, which caused a musty smell, so I would remove all the rugs. The roller shutter of my window wasn't working properly. The street below can be quite noisy until late so that is not great if you are a light sleeper. There was mould in the shower.

“Budget friendly guest house”
+Guest house located in the center of Lisbon, close to the main attractions. Bring earplugs because the road can be noisy at night, we had them and it was perfect. Nice, simple room with balcony, clean space.

+The location of the properly was very convenient, it was close to the city centre, the old town streets were beautiful and it was well connected by public transportation.

−Thank goodness I chose this place only for a filler night before moving elsewhere. There was nothing good here. The room was smelly, there was dust on the lamp, and there were no sheets (I had to wrap myself in a blanket to sleep). The towels had orange stains, disgusting. The roller strap was broken so I couldn't close the shutter for the night, there was a smelly "thing" in one of the drawers which I didn't dare to touch to understand what it was. The other guests were very rude. A couple seemed to be living there because they treated the house like it was their own: food all over the fridge with no space left to share, dirty dishes left by the sink, female underwear in the corridor. I met one of the guys and said hi, but he looked at me with a square face and didn't say a word. The location was quite bad too. I went back to my room with my dinner and people stared at me. There were drunk people on the street shouting in god knows what language and small groups huddling (seemed drug dealing to me). It wasn't even dark, it was quite scary. I locked myself in the room and never came out until I left. I don't understand the good reviews. Maybe those travellers would camp in mud with

“A nice home base for exploring the beautiful city of Lisbon!”
+Nossa Casa was a nice home base for our three nights in Lisbon! We enjoyed having a place to return to after long days exploring the city. It was a convenient stop during our travels and gave us the opportunity to experience Lisbon at our own pace.

+pentru checkin primesti pe wattsup codul de la intrare si codul cu care sa iei cheia. Baia comuna curata. Camera ok. Magazine alimentare in apropiere. Statia de metro la 7 minute de mers pe jos.

“Muito proveitosa”
+perto do metrô, perto de mercado, muito bem localizado, quarto separado, 2 banheiros, cama confortável, foi muito bom tive uma dificuldade em pegar a chave, mas foi por atrapalhada minha, mandei mensagem e ele apareceu lá quase imediatamente para ajudar, gostei muito e tem 2 entradas, facilitou bastante.
−Só pra não deixar em branco, ah podia ter TV no quarto, acho que só, mas só pra falar algo, pq nem precisa
