−It was difficult to find the key after coming up the stairs to the third floor. "... You will cross the terace you will enter a hall, there is a "cabinet de curiosity" there you will find the access cards.". You have walked up to the third floor, carrying your luggage, no elevator. You pass the "terace" and enter thru a door into a dead end room with a door on each side, the one on left side to the apartment. In the front a "thing" filled up with a lot of things and here you are supposed to understand that you will find the card to open the door. When I read the "cabinet de curiosity" I was looking for a small box with a 4-digit code where you normally place the key or card for the door. I had to contact the owner on WhatsApp to be able to understand that the card for the door was right in front of me, completely open, together with alot of other things. In my mind, the explanation on where to find the card could have been explained in a better way. See the attached photo for the "cabinet de curiosity".

+We came for a festival, and the location was very convenient, relatively close to both the city center and the festival. The apartment was clean, had everything we needed, and the hosts were responsive and attentive to anything we needed.

+Дуже чисто, приємний запах приміщення, дуже зручні матриці. Тепла та чиста підлога після цілого дня ходьби було найприємніше відчуття та космічне насолодження для стоп у завершені дня. Було все необхідне для відпочинку після цілого для дороги. Якщо буду з сім'єю в Клужі, то обов'язково повернусь туди. Сучасно, чисто, зручно та гарне обслуговування.

“l'ensemble a été plutôt bien. On est au coeur de tout et la ville a un beau potentiel.”
+Situation parfaite en centre ville, dans une résidence bien sécurisée et calme. Facile d'accès en transport en commun. Très propre, moderne mais avec du cachet et lit excellent dans une grande chambre. Petit balcon sympa. propriétaire sympa et disponible.
−parking payant partout, et surtout la 1e chambre n'a pas d'intimité. Rue très bruyante quand on ouvre les fenêtres donnant sur l'avant. kitchenette peu propice à faire la cuisine soi-même.

“Appartamenti grandi e moderni”
+Appartamenti ristrutturati di recente, molto carini. Bagni moderni. Terrazzino interno + balconcino panoramico, molto graditi. Cucina con tutto il necessario, macchina da caffè con capsule presenti. Posizione ottima per camminare nel centro o prendere bus o taxi. Host disponibile da remoto e flessibile per richieste. Consigliato!
−Mancano degli armadi, come già segnalato da altri ospiti. Anche la gestione delle lenzuola per i letti aggiuntivi non è chiarissima (self service).

+Отличное месторасположение и красивый вид из окна на центр. Удобные кровати. Есть кофемашина с капсулами.
−В меньшей комнате под кроватью был 1 грязный носок и пустые упаковки от конфет. Не очень легко было найти место для парковки рядом.
