“Very good Palermo location. Comfortable apartment. Some issues needed attention”
+Excellent location in a historic palazzo right across the Palermo Cathedral. Large apartment with all needed amenities. Clean.
−Some plumbing issues including a difficult to flush upstairs toilet and a downstairs shower that leaked water over the bathroom floor through the base. Non-operational smoke detector could be a hazard. Only two bath towels provided for two people for our entire seven day stay. Issues were brought to the attention of the host. Host communication a little slow.

“Great location and has an elevatro”
+The location was amazing. Coffee and tea provided, as well as water and juice. We ran out of water and coffee, but we managed to buy more. An elevator was nice, 107 stairs are a lot after a long day. The downstairs shower is spacious, but the upstairs shower is tiny, not practical at all.

“Overall, a wonderful stay - thank you!”
+The breakfast is simple (coffee, tea, rusks, and croissants), but everything else is truly wonderful. The location could not be better - right in front of Palermo’s magnificent Cathedral, with stunning views and the heart of the city just at your doorstep. The apartment is very cozy, quiet, a perfect place to relax after exploring the city.
−The mezzanine shower is very small and not comfortable to use, but there is a second bathroom which makes up for it. A washing machine would be very helpful to refresh clothes after hot days, and a cutting board with some good knives for cooking would also be a great addition.

−Well it’s not a two double bed apartment. It has one double bed on an open mezzanine, one single bed in a separate room and a sofa bed. So there is som twisting of the truth going on.

+The bed was very comfortable, location was excellent, many restaurants within walking distance. Also Annalisa was very helpful.

“A Wonderful Place To Stay”
+Fantastic location and the apartment itself is clean and well maintained. Also Annalisa was very helpful and accessible.
−The second bedroom is a lot smaller than I expected. That took a day to adjust to. There is no shade, blind or shutter for the window so the morning sun comes is very early.

“Spacious modern apartment with accesaible host”
+The property is very spacious and modern with good kitchen facilities. The host was easily accessible by WhatsApp and responded very quickly. She was very helpful with any issues we had during our stay and offered contacts to arrange airport transfers for an additional fee, however we opted to get the train. She was also kind enough to provide an iron on request.
−Overall the property was cleaned to a reasonable standard but we did find some hairs and stains on some of the bedding. The breakfast provided was very basic- it included a few pain au chocolates, biscuits, packaged toast slices with little jam and Nutella packs. On our last day the cleaner was rather impatient as she knocked asking us to get out of the property 10 minutes earlier than the agreed check out time of 10am.
