“Great place in the historic District.”
+Claudia is an excellent and friendly host. The property is perfectly located in the historic District with everything 3 minutes away. Clean, updated property. The roof deck was a nice bonus that I put to good use daily.
−Nothing. It's on 2 levels, so there are some stairs. But no issue.

“Charming it is”
+Claudia our host was lovely and helpful accommadated us as much as she could. It is a charming apartment, everything you needed also couldn't get a better location. I would definitely stay there again. Thanks Claudia.
−It was a pity about the rain .we would have loved to be out on the beautiful terrace on the top floor.i would have loved an xtra pillow but if you like 2 pillows just ask b4 hand ,I should have said because Claudia would have definitely have had it there.thanks again Claudia

“Lovely truly charming place with a perfect terrace in a perfect spot”
+Oh, this was our favourite place in Puglia! What a lovely intimate cosy little place! Clause redid the place herself and an architect could not have done better job. Monopoli is a lovely little city and this would be the perfect place to stay for a week and visit all the highlights around, because everything is within driving range. Our absolute favourite was the terrace, looking at the roofs of the churches of Monopoli. We had aperitifs and breakfast there and we could imagine spending a day there with a good book! The location is also perfect, easy to reach and everything in walking distance. We loved our stay and were sorry to leave! Don't book this if you cannot handle stairs but if you can, book a week!

“Cozy, authentic place in the historical center”
+Really chic apartment, small and authentic, right in the center of the historical city. The host (Claudia) was really nice and we met in person for the check-in. The bed was fantastic: comfy mattress, large, sturdy. I did not use the terrasse, but the atmosphere would have been fantastic for an evening drink or a morning coffee. I'm impressed by how well a small place can be organized effectively.
−Being a tall person, I had to make sure how I move around, especially when going up to the kitchen/bathroom. Two persons can definitely accommodate, but perhaps not to spend longer hours in the apartment (which would defy the purpose of travelling anyhow :). Some noise from the lively city was unavoidable.

“A perfect location with the nicest host!”
+The apartment is in a perfect location in Monopoli historic centre, but in a peaceful street with restaurants just 30 metres away, and the cathedral 3 minutes walk. The bed was spacious and comfortable and we loved relaxing on the roof terrace. Best of all, Claudia the owner was super friendly and easy to contact. Having both a bath and a separate shower was very nice. The aircon was very efficient when we wanted to have a rest in the middle of the day, but was not really needed in the night
−Everything was great, but we needed to be careful on the stairs. We are both in our late 60’s and were fine on the stairs, but I would not recommend the apartment for older or less mobile people.

“Wonderful and magical stay in Monopoli city center.”
+Claudia was very welcoming available and helpful. The 3 floors apartment is very charming, well decorated, clean and fully equipped. We particularly loved the rooftop terrace.

“Joli appartement au cœur de Monopoli.”
+Appartement au cœur du centre historique de Monopoli. Terrasse sur le toit très agréable. Architecture typique, très cosy, semble tout neuf.
−Les poubelles ne vont pas du tout avec le reste de la décoration, ça pique les yeux.

“Fantastisch!”
+Wat een prachtige accommodatie. Relatief klein, maar zo is alles gebouwd in deze omgeving. En je hebt alles wat je nodig hebt. Uiterst vriendelijke gastvrouw, alle voorzieningen aanwezig, ontzettend schoon. En de ligging is fantastisch!!
−De verlichting in de straten en op de gevels gaat niet uit 's nachts. Dat schijnt toch wel ook de kamer in. Als je slecht ter been bent is de accommodatie niet geschikt. Trappen in de woning waarvan de tredes hoog zijn, en met de auto is de accommodatie niet te bereiken voor gasten. Maar voor ons was dit beide geen enkel probleem!!
