“Great stay. Will return”
+Great place. It's a proper apartment. Big, with everything that a house that was lived in has. It is an old-fashioned building, with narrow stairs and thick walls that always keep it cool in the summer. Loved the quirky style of the bedroom too. Not 5 minutes from Genova Pegli train station, it is surrounded by restaurants/pizzerias, not to mention that it is 5 minutes from the beautiful sea with the added view of the airport. The host lady is kind and chill, communication was easy and pleasant.
−No Internet. It was advertised as such on booking (though we missed it), but the point is that it is difficult to reach a signal with the phone too. You have to put it on the window sill if you want to connect from the bedroom. Also careful that Genova Pegli is not Genova: it's a 25 mins distance by train. However, once you are in Pegli, you won't wanna leave it :)

“Good place to spend the night.”
+The location of the apartment was pleasant, we had everything we needed nearby. The lady who let us in was very kind and also very responsive. The apartment was big and we had everything we needed
−When showering the showerhead did not stay on the wall, a small fix that would've given us a lot of comfort. The overall apartment is very dark, there are a few windows you can open but it doesn't do much. However, if the intended stay is only for sleeping, you should not worry.

“If you don't care about the internet, this apartment is great!”
+The apartment looked way different than on the pictures - actually, way better!! Clean, large and not dirty and tiny (as on the pictures here). The best things were just a one-minute walk from Genova Pegli train station, beach in less than 5 minutes on foot, as well as Penny and Coop supermarkets and gelato shops. While talking about the beach, be sure to pack flip flops or some kind of shoes for the extremely hot beach sand, don't walk barefoot there!!
−No Wi-Fi, only mobile data and these are very weak, really. very weak! Just Iliad carrier had some useful signal at some places. When we arrived, there was no washing up liquid, we had to buy one. Steep stairs and no lift to the 3rd floor can be hard for someone, luckily not for us.

“Superb”
+The interior design was absolutely stunning! Much bigger place than expected. Very clean, very well-kept, very close to the beach. Landlord is very nice and helpful!
−No WLAN and generally poor phone reception - on the other hand, good for digital detox 😁 Lots of stairs 😅 traveling by car to Genoa is not a good idea, but there is parking available about 5 min walk from the apartment
