+Everything- it was spotless. The host allowed us to check in early and leave after standard checkout times. Spotless apartment right beside joker mall!

“Excellent apartment within close proximity to the city.”
+The apartment was beautiful, very comfortable and clean. The facilities were the best I've ever experienced, everything was thought of. There was some lovely treats awaiting us when we arrived which were gratefully received. I don't think the photos do the apartment justice, it has everything and more that you would need for a comfortable stay. The air conditioning worked well and was lovely after a hot day exploring. It was well positioned to get into the city and access public transport. Marja communicated very well with clear instructions on how to get into the property.

+Maja was a great host and even helped me to contact people in Split when my phone couldnt connect.
−A washing machine would have been great as we had a long stay but is not really needed for people only staying a few nights.

+El propietario te deja una tarjeta gratuita para el parking de pago justo al lado del apartamento, lo que es una ventaja muy grande ya que se aparca fatal.
−En la foto sale que tiene microondas y llegamos y no había. Las sabanas estaban muy viejas, con pelotillas y raspaban.

“Soggiorno a Split”
+Struttura molto pulita e accogliente. Dotata di ogni comfort o oggetto di cui si possa avere bisogno. Posizione appena fuori Split comoda per parcheggiare. Split si raggiunge a piedi in 20 min

“Logement très bien équipé”
+C’était propre, très bien équipé, avec de la nourriture et des boissons a disposition. Il y avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin.
−Il était un peu éloigné du centre et le prix un peu élevé.

“Très bon séjour chez Nikola”
+La gentillesse et réactivité de Nikola, ses petites attentions. L'appartement est très agréable pour 3 personnes, très bien équipé et bien situé par rapport au centre ville (accès en bus ou à pied). Une très belle adresse à Split !
−Dommage que le canapé ne soit que pour 2 personnes... Seul point à améliorer éventuellement.

“Simply the best”
+Appartamento grandioso, completo veramente di tutto. Qualsiasi cosa tu abbia bisogno c'è. Una vera e propria casa. Host disponibile per qualsiasi evenienza. Parcheggio gratuito.
−Non è al centro ma è comunque ad una discreta distanza a piedi (circa 15 minuti di camminata) e la zona è comunque servita e tranquilla

+We absolutely loved the location. The host was outstanding friendly, responsive, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Communication was excellent throughout our stay. The accommodation had everything we could possibly need, with all the amenities readily available. The host's hospitality was exceptional, making us feel very welcome. The place was comfortable, well-equipped, and in a great location. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend it.
