“Despite all we had a good time -after check in-”
+the location is excellent, and the place is very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Everything I needed was available
−My experience started off very poorly. We had to wait for a full hour just to receive the apartment key. I was also asked to transfer a deposit before check-in, but it had to be done via international bank transfer, which caused a lot of delays since there was no fast or convenient method. The refund process took an unusually long time, and the host was unresponsive and only communicated in French, which made the situation even more difficult. Additionally, the location listed wasn’t very accurate, which added to the confusion.

“Never again!”
+Location was fine.
−First, a deposit was required and a really long check-in form had to be filled out. Before we could get into the apartment, another deposit was required and a new form had to be filled out. In case of problems, the phone is not answered and there is a long delay in responding to messages. No answers are given in English, all messages have to be sent through a translator. The apartment had 4 towels for 5 men for 4 nights, 2 rolls of toilet paper and 1 detergent tablet for the dishwasher. At least a half-drunk soda had been left… The balcony was nice by the way, but so narrow that there was no room to sit there. The apartment was clean by local standards. Uninhabitable by Finnish standards, because there is mold in the bathroom. The decibel meter in the apartment was so sensitive that the noise warning came even from vacuuming. Of the total deposit of a thousand euros, 516€ was not returned due to rule violations (noisy). Quite an addition to the rent of 1064€. I do not recommend it to anyone!
