“Spotless and well-located, but handling heavy luggage on the stairs without a lift is challenging.”
+A clean and comfortable apartment in a quiet area about 15 minutes walk from Skytree and Asakusa areas. Unfortunately, no elevator.
−No lift and a cramped, winding staircase make carrying heavy bags a real challenge.

−After a month of travelling around Japan, this has been the worst accommodation we have stayed in. It is located in a neighbourhood with no tourist interest whatsoever, far from the metro, temples, and restaurants. On top of that, it is on the fifth floor with no elevator, and the checkout time is 10:00 a.m., making the value for money disappointing. For the same price, or even less, you can stay in the historic district of Asakusa.
