“Grade 2 listed house, in Morpeth, ideal for two couples and a singleton?”
+Stunning house, designed with entertaining in mind and a wow factor
−Oh sorry, the steps - just didn’t appreciate how many there were. Getting ready for a wedding we were up and down trying to remember everything!

+Beautiful house in a great location with parking nearby.
−The stairs are beautiful but they feel unsafe with younger children- they're very slippy and there are four floors so you feel like you're constantly going up and down stairs and worrying about the children skidding and falling.

“Fabulous!”
+The property was amazing, the photos looked great but to see it first hand we were blown away! When a property is so huge and full of quirky spaces that 5 adults decide to play hide and seek you know you are onto a winner!
−Small things, toilet in main bathroom seemed a little blocked and something on patio windows to block out light would be good

“Smelly and noisy house in a great location.”
+The house very stylish and in a great location in Morpeth with easy walk to shops and restaurants.
−We had a smell of sewage in the house through out the stay apparently from a neighbours drain. Also from the description we expected three bathrooms, there is one full bathroom, one double room with an en-suite toilet and the top floor with a beautiful cooper bath but you could not shower safely with the hand held shower head without soaking the room. This meant the three of us had to use the one shower in the house. Also, three out of the four toilets do not flush very well. The house is lovely but the smell and road noise when inside the house means we would never return. Disappointed stay.

+The location, style, standard of appliances, and decor.
−Loft bedroom could do with a curtain or some sort of covering for the balcony doors to keep out the light in the early morning.
