“Great location and great facility. If you have 7 people, then will very value for money. can stay .”
+Full facilities provided. Kitchen, tower, Toothbrush ( 7 set), actually this property can stay 7 people. Clothes washing machine, event umbrella also have . So is quite completed facilities for me since travel with family.

“Great Space, but Noise Makes It Hard to Stay”
+The room is very spacious,much larger than typical hotel rooms in Osaka. The host clearly manages the property with care and even provides earplugs to help with outside noise.
−However, the noise level in the house is a significant problem. One side faces a major intersection, and the other side is right next to the railway. Because the sound insulation is poor, the noise at night can reach round 50 dB. I was almost always woken up before 6 a.m. by the first trains. Overall, this property is not suitable for guests who need quality sleep. The building is also quite old, and the bathroom has a persistent odor, likely due to poor drainage sealing. After this experience, I realized that I may avoid staying in private vacation rentals in the future and prefer traditional hotels.

“Unreliable host and unbearably noisy stay,felt like trying to sleep on a highway.”

−The host did not respond to our messages timely. that’s made us difficult to plan our trip. She offered to help arrange a car from Kyoto to Osaka, but we ended up waiting over two hours. She repeatedly gave false information. The accommodation was extremely noisy and not suitable for rest,we couldn’t sleep at all. The stove was broken, and the kitchen utensils were dirty.

+位置很好，到天王寺很近。
−1. 按邮件提示入住，结果发现钥匙盒是空的！电话联系联系Tabitime却没有人会讲英文，硬生生在晚上十点发电邮才能回复。 2. 回复很慢，一家人坐在门口近一个小时迟迟得不到回复。最后的解释竟然是他们系统出错，一房两售！我们定的房间已经被另外客人住了！ 3. 等到近半夜的解决方案是换同一栋楼的另一套房。进去以后发现与平台上展示的房间截然不同。十分老旧不堪。投诉客服的回复仅仅是不痛不痒的给一个延迟退房的补偿，不退款也不在第二天更换房间！ 4. Tabitime网站做得光鲜亮丽，服务可以说根本就是混乱以及各种回避责任，让人极其失望！

“總體不錯的住宿地點”
+房間很大，設備齊全，衛浴設施很不錯，裡面有電梯方便搬運較重行李，附近有多種交通方式，有三個車站和一個公車站，離購物中心也很近。
−晚上會有飆車族很吵，但有提供耳塞，晚上附近的治安有點差。
