“Bedbugs, no support, left after 2 nights and paid twice.”
+Really nothing
−Booked for 4 nights, paid in full, and had to leave after 2 due to a confirmed bedbug infestation. I found multiple bites the first morning, then photographed a live bug in the bed. Contacted the host immediately; no response for hours despite repeated attempts, including from Booking.com. Ended up paying twice over: for this stay, and again for a new place to relocate to on short notice, plus a taxi to get there. Had to buy medication from the pharmacy for the bites and disinfect all my belongings afterward as a precaution. All this with zero real support from either the host or Booking.com throughout. The host later admitted fault in writing and promised a full refund, then stopped responding and never paid it. Booking.com's support was unable to get a resolution from the host and only offered a small travel credit, not a refund. Photos and video of the infestation and my bites are available on request. Do not stay here without doing your own thorough inspection of the mattress seams and headboard first.

“Experienta foarte buna”
+O cazare confortabila, perfecta daca vrei sa stai cateva zile in București relativ centrală, bine amenajată.

“Ok if a few things get fixed”
+Cozy and not too far from the centre
−The boiler didn't work (I see from previous reviews that it's an ongoing problem that hasn't been fixed yet). We managed a couple of hot showers but in general the hot water and heating stay on for 2 minutes and we had to constantly turn it on manually. The owner never answered our calls, then said he would send someone to fix it and he didn't. The towels are only hand towels, so bring your own. And there wasn't a hairdryer, just a nozzle for it.. And the bedside lamps don't work. We also got locked out at night because the front door contactless key stopped working. Again, no help from the owner. We were lucky to find some neighbours who opened for us. Basically, the place is nice but if basic things don't work it s not worth it.
