“Conveniently located but minimal furniture”
+This is conveniently located close to a metro station and a 15 minute walk from Serdika square. It is a quiet room on the top floor of the building and is equipped with self-catering facilities including a kettle.
−There is no chair or desk so the only place to sit is on the bed. The only curtain is very lightweight and does not screen light from outside or keep the heat in the room. The accommodation would be greatly improved by providing a chair, a working desk and a proper curtain. The TV only seems to offer streaming services such as Netflix which require an account.

+I like that kind of gritty part of the town. Security is fine… Online friendly assistance but perhaps that is to compensate for what I am gonna write about next
−There’s a whole bunch to cover here… it was advertised as a double bed but I had a very narrow single.. the shower got hot immediately, so good, but the way it is build made the entire bathroom into a pool in no time… no toilet paper… seriously? No clothes hanger, no chair, … but a TV yes… as if I care. Internet very erratic by the way

“Pleasant space with good access to city and surroundings”
+Staff were helpful leading up to and during the stay. The studio was spacious. Kitchenette facilities were spot on Powerful shower Easy acres to metro, bus, and a brisk 15-20 minute stroll into the city centre and attractions.
−The bathroom is obviously a retro-fit into a small space and it was difficult to stop water spraying out of the shower area. The geographic location felt a little uncomfortable late at night coming back from events in the city centre as it is a little isolated.

+Location is easily accessible. Closer to metro station and other attractions. Room was clean but very small
−Bathroom was extremely small and dirty, wet all the time and very smelly. I had to keep cleaning during my vacation . Not worth the money.

+Concentrata e accogliente. Posizione molto buona per raggiungere il centro e la stazione centrale dei bus e quella dei treni. Non trovavo l’entrata per accedere all’appartamento, ho chiamato il proprietario ed è stato subito pronto richiamandomi. Ha fornito le indicazioni precise, chiare e in modo corretto, molto gentile.
−Prima di raggiungere il centro, si attraversa una zona un po’ più periferica.

“Хороше місце з гарним потенціалом і дрібними проблемами.”
+Загалом, все було непогано. Фото відповідає дійсності. Швидкий безлімітний WI-FI. Локалізація ідеальна - просто в центрі міста, поблизу з метро і супермаркетами. Тиха, спокійна вулиця.
−Є над чим працювати. Нічого критичного, але є речі ні які варто звернути увагу, і які можна виправити доволі швидко. Тоді буде максимальна оцінка.

+Расположение. Приветливый персонал который быстро реагировал на вопросы и давал ответы
−1. Мини кухня есть но сковородки нет 2. После обеда очень душно в комнате и вентилятор не спасает 3. Чем-то воняло в туалете/душе 4. Когда моешься вода летит везде и все мокро 5. Необходимо при выселение выкинуть мусор, но куда его выкинуть это загадка
