+The location is absolutely unbeatable , just a short walk across the street and you're right by Constanța's landmark - the Casino. The apartment itself has a nice overall look and feel, and while it's situated in an older building, it has its own charm.
−Upon arrival, it seemed the host was not aware of my booking, which caused a brief moment of uncertainty. To their credit, they responded quickly and prepared the apartment in a short time. The cleanliness was acceptable, though it could have been more thorough with a bit more preparation time. There was also a noticeable cigarette smell in the kitchen, which was a bit unpleasant. Additionally, the couch was not very comfortable for sleeping , guests relying on it for rest may want to keep that in mind. Overall a decent stay, but with a few improvements this could be a much better experience.

“Perfect location”
+Location is just perfect!!! 1 min walk from the promenade and 5 min walk from the famous casino. The old town is just around the corner too.
−The apartment is renovated, however it is poorly equipped. We booked it for three people, but the sofa was not prepared for sleeping and we had to search the apartment for bedsheets and make the bed ourselves. There was also no extra duvet, so we had to use a blanket instead, which was not warm enough and we felt cold during the night.

−Nu am primit informatii depsre apartament, a trebuit sa stau sa cer. am intrebat de wifi nu mi s-a raspuns. am uitat ceva in camera a zis ca sunt anuntat, dar nu am mai fost anuntat sa merg sa le iau. Nu prea mai arata ca in poze, prosoape cu pete galbene, murdare. Canapeaua aia a vazut multe :))

“Superb”
+Apartamentul este foarte frumos amenajat, foarte curat,utilat cu tot ceea ce ai nevoie ( fier de călcat, uscător de păr, bucătăria la fel). Fiind localizat in vecinătatea falezei, e o placere sa ieși dimineata sa vezi răsăritul, iar seara sa admiri cazinoul. Comunicarea cu proprietarii a fost foarte ușoară, preluarea cheii fiind prin lock key. De menționat, scara foarte liniștită! Recomandam si cu siguranță vom mai reveni!
−Nu a fost ceva ce sa nu ne placă! Recomandam achiziționarea unei mese micuțe de calcat!

“Locatie foarte buna”
+Locatia este foarte buna, aproape de portul turistic, cazinou, restaurante. Proprietatea nu are loc de parcare asigurat, dar am gasit unde sa parcam cu usurinta si nu au fost probleme.
−Bucataria slab dotata daca vrei sa stai mai multe zile si sa gatesti ceva ( sa va luati detergent de vase si burete de acasa sau sa cumparati), masa tip bar si scaunele (2 scaune la numar, deci daca sunt mai mult de 2 persoane trebuie sa mancati pe rand) pare ca au fost alese sa arate bine, nu sa fie practice, am ramas de cateva ori cu clanta de la baie in mana, nu sunt plase de insecte la geamuri, iar patul scartaie destul de tare. Trebuie facuta o investitie minima, dar pretul si locatia au meritat avand in vedere ca am stat doar o noapte.
