+Sweet and spacious flat with perfekt location (the historical centre and the sea). The bathroom is great, the friendly owner is also a big deal)

“Dirty and clogged!”
+The location
−1. I had to be exactly at 2 o'clock to take the key. They demand the pass of all the people staying in the apartment including the children. 2. Apartment was extremely dirty. We had to wash the kitchen and the bathroom in order to be able to use them. The cabinets we did not touch, they were too dirty. 3. Two of the beds were dirty, clogged and almost broken. 4. But the "sofa bed" in the little bedroom is actually a hybrid between a broken sofa and a box with many blankets on it (see the pictures). 5. We had to buy pillows, because they gave us decoration pillows (see the pictures) 6. We had our own towels otherwise we would had to buy. 7. There is a washing machine, but no possibility to connect to power source.

−They should invest in upgrading the funiture, it's very old and not so good, especially the bed in one of the bedrooms.

“A genuine, personal place, with a very homie feeling about it”
+The location was excellent, close to the centre and right across the street from the beach, but also a relatively quiet area. The apartment is very spacious and was equipped with everything we needed. Also, the bathtub was very nice, and overall the apartment had very cool vintage look. Additionally, the host is very kind, helpful and informative, and he even let us stay a bit over the checkout time. He gave us detailed instructions about the apartment.

“Very good apartment, near the beach”
+The location - about 10minutes walking to the beach (you have a lot of steps until the beach, it was not a minus for us, we knew about it;this is just an fyi). It's a 3 bedroom apartment with all that you need, 2 bathrooms, washing machine, air conditioner. Right across the street are 2 mini-market (Profi city and another), close to restaurants and
−On the second bedroom is an extended sofa, we were lucky because we had little kids sleeping there. But it would not have fit 2 adult persons.

“Clean, comfortable and great location!”
+The location is perfect, literally a few minutes walk from the beach and many restaurants and shops nearby. The apartment was clean and very big for the price, very good value for money. Great communication from the host even before I arrived and her father was very friendly and helpful during check in and check out. I would definitely stay here again!
