“We loved Agne’s apartment. Lovely clean apartment in an excellent location. Would highly recommend.”
+Location is excellent. Great space for the price. Well located for the local shops and easy transport to the CBD.
−Bit of noise from the main road but that didn’t really cause any issues.

+The decor was outstanding, really loved it
−How loud that it was, I understand the location but it’s incredibly loud at night, even with ear plugs in. That’s the only bad thing I can say about it. Plus no key to exit the underground car park.

“disappointing and misrepresented.”
+Central for our requirements
−Not all lights worked. Under cupboard lights kitchen and bathroom flashed all night. Basin cracked, toilet seat broken, flush system of toilet broken. Water dripping all night into the bath from the shower, keeping us awake despite tightening the taps. Electrical switches were quite dirty. Had to clean that as it was quite gross to touch. On entering the apartment it smelt like someone smoked there. Hot water for shower was not hot but rather almost cold. Kitchen water was hot. Bed was extremely uncomfortable and not to mention the pillows which could hardly be called pillows. Was also very upset that the host said that she would have parking for our vehicle as there is on street parking only in that area for no longer than 1-2 hours at a time. We specifically requested parking which the host said she would be able to confirm closer to the time knowing that if she told us that even the apartment parking has 2 hour restrictions, we most likely would have cancelled the booking as parking was important. I picked the apartment for the proximity to what I required but at that hefty price I should have booked 5kms down the road which would have been more inconvenient but at least would h
