+Lovely appartment in a fantastic location right in the middle of Levanto - a charming seaside village next to the Cinque Terre. The staff of the hotel that the apartment is part of goes above and beyond to make your stay memorable and are always available for advice, a friendly chat or a morning espresso. We (two adults, two children aged 11 and 4) could not have asked for a better stay.

“Idéal pour un séjour en famille !”
+Emplacement idéal, proche de la plage et des commerces. Station balnéaire animée et familiale, sans les inconvénients du surtourisme. Appartement très fonctionnel et climatisé (parfait pendant les fortes chaleurs). L'équipe de l'hôtel est très serviable et joignable à tout moment par WhatsApp si besoin (aucun problème de communication, même sans parler italien ou anglais).

+Das Appartement ist sauber und komfortabel, zweckmäßig eingerichtet, hat zwei Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer mit integrierter Küche und zwei vollwertige Bäder. Jeder Raum hat seine eigene Klimaanlage. Es fehlt eigentlich an nichts. Das Appartement liegt mitten in der Stadt, sämtliche Geschäfte und Restaurants sind in 1-2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Bis zum Strand sind es vielleicht 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß. Es gibt sowohl kostenpflichtige Strände mit Sonnenschirmen und Liegen (23€ pro Tag), als auch öffentliche kostenlose Strände. Chinque Terre erreicht man mit dem Zug. Es empfiehlt sich eine Tageskarte für 29,50€ zu kaufen. Damit kann man sowohl den ganzen Tag lang über alle 5 Dörfer hin und zurück fahren, als auch alle kostenpflichtigen Wanderungen machen. Man spart dabei richtig Kohle.
−Das Appartement liegt tatsächlich im 2.OG. Das heißt, man muss zwei Treppen mit mindestens 45 Grad Neigung buchstäblich erklimmen, um ins Appartement zu gelangen. Für die jungen Menschen ist eigentlich kein Problem. Für die älteren halte ich das für sehr problematisch. Das nächste große Problem ist der Parkplatz. Entweder zahlt man 20€ pro Tag für den Parkplatz am Hotel, dem dieses Appartement gehört. Dabei muss man den Autoschlüssel obligatorisch an der Rezeption lassen, weil das Hotelpersonal die Autos nach Bedarf umparken muss. Die zweite Option ist eine Parkkarte für die öffentlichen Parkplätze, die vom Hotel kostenlos ausgehändigt wird. Mit der Karte kann man zwar kostenlos parken, aber die nächsten Parkplätze befinden sich mindestens 1 Kilometer vom Appartement entfernt und sind in der Hochsaison meistens belegt. Es gibt allerdings einen Parkplatz an der Strandpromenade (ungefähr 400-500m vom Appartement), wo man mit der Karte lediglich 6€ pro Tag zahlen muss. Und dort gibt es immer freie Parkplätze. Ganz wichtig zu wissen! In der Beschreibung des Appartements wird nirgendwo erwähnt, dass das Appartement in der sogenannten ZTL (zona traffico limitato) liegt. In so eine Zone d
