+The accommodation was super nice and central. For four people she was enough, and the owners were super friendly.
−We were a group of friends and sat on the terrace in the evening and chatted. Unfortunately, this quickly led to complaints from the neighbors. The owners reacted very fondly and informed us, but it restricted us a little and made sure that we sat inside at the end or left the accommodation in the evening. I found something strict for a party area.

+The location was ok. Cleaning service ok but it could be done more often. The owners were very kind.
−The furniture is old. The double bed was very small for 2 persons and the mattress was very old and soft. Also in the firsts 3 night a lot of noise from the neighbours or travellers. The cleaning service is done every 3 days, could be done every 2 days at least.

+Location.
−WiFi exists, but has no internet. Lady (staff) walked on our terrace (that's a little bit creepy).

+Small, family run accommodation suited us perfectly. Super clean, good size (like a small apartment, not just a hotel room), and just far enough off the main road that you didn t hear Kavos nightlife sounds.

+Very good owner. Met us when we arrive at the apartment. Show everything and leave the key. After few nights we recognise that was best choice in Kavos, chill and silent. It was our firs traver to Corfu and we didn't expect so many clubs and restorants in one place. Usually clubs working till morning. Ones in per days there is cleaning. Beach near this place not so clear but if you have/rent the car - there is very nice place in 20 min by car at the end of the island. Also there is many shops with everything you need. By car you can go to Lidl (if you are lazy - will pay extra for the same products byt no need to go far). IMHO it's one of the best place to rest with family and childrens.
−mosquitos ) But owner always have a lot of anti-moaquitos things
