+It was a lovely apartment. The location was slightly out of town which gave a perfect atmosphere and the view was stunning! The balcony and terrace were great for relaxing as it was very hot.

“Host too present”
+We really enjoyed the beautiful view and the spacious terrace with a barbecue, even if the apartment is a bit far from the city center.
−The host only speaks German (communication happens through a translator) and she lives right below the apartment, which makes her presence quite noticeable. For example, we left the air conditioning on while running a quick errand in August, just to keep the place cool, but when we returned it had been turned off and she reminded us not to leave it on when going out…. After using the barbecue, we were immediately told off the next morning for not disposing of the ashes (which of course needed time to cool down overnight). Also, a few drops of grease fell on the terrace floor and the host promptly provided us with a bucket and broom to clean it. In conclusion, if you don’t mind a very “present host”this is a nice place. Otherwise, you might prefer looking for another option.

+The apartment had everything you needed. Very beautiful views of the city from the balcony as it is located at the top of a hill. Overall, it is a very comfortable apartment.
−There's no air-conditioning or fan in the room. During the summer they room is very warm. It's not a problem as we slept on the couch (pull out couch) so we could stay cool with the air-conditioning in the common area. Very steep hill to navigate to get to the apartment.

“Exceptional”

−L'atteggiamento della host nel momento del check out. Purtroppo non è stata molto cordiale nei modi... Avevamo chiesto un'ora e mezza prima del check out se si potesse fare quest'ultimo 1 ora dopo. Dopo aver avuto la conferma via chat, si è presentata 10 minuti dopo l'orario standard in casa per dirci di andare via... Per il resto sono molto cordiali e disponibili peccato per quest' uscita...

“Apartament z jedną sypialnią”
+Lokalizacja w cichym i spokojnym miejscu z pięknymi widokami. Jedyny minus to odległość od morza i starego miasta.
−Mieszkanie bardzo czyste i ładnie urządzone z klimatyzacją co jest bardzo ważne przy tak wysokich temperaturach. Właścicielka bardzo sympatyczna .

“Ich würde jederzeit wieder kommen !!!”
+Alles war wunderbar Sauber Modern schön den Griller habe ich auch benutzen dürfen . Die Eigentümer sind total liebenswerte Menschen Deutsch Kroatisch und immer hilfsbereit, Waschmaschine durfte ich auch benutzen, ich würde jederzeit wieder hier hin kommen!!!
−Die Lage am Berg mit den schmalen Straßen wo alle 20 Meter ein Bremshügel ist hat mich sehr geärgert da man sich das ganze Auto kaputt macht aber da kann der vermieter nichts dafür. Ich fuhr dann immer mit dem Rad den Berg hinunter ca. 1km und man hat ein Mega Einkaufszentrum vor der Nase, nur das hinauf tretten erfordert bei der Hitze etwas Fitness dafür wird man mit der schönsten Aussicht über Split belohnt 🥰
